If one of her fellow employees is making a mistake, or is struggling, she is usually the first person to help, but only after asking, ever since being confronted by an employee for being "bossy".
Outside of work, she calms down a bit, but not enough to fully relax, as if she is being judged on her every move.Biography: Sarah has worked at the Amat for three years, as a waitress. As some waiters and waitresses are known for their friendly demeanor to customers, she is known for making sure that everything goes perfectly, and cleanly, sometimes even wiping after a customer herself so that the next patron will have a more enjoyable dining experience.
Before coming to the Amat, Sarah had worked at a smaller restaurant for a while, but was fired when she became distracted, and accidentally injured a customer when a glass shattered on the patron's table. Ever since that day, she has carefully monitored herself, making sure that she is not distracted, and that there is no reason for others to rate her performance as "unsatisfactory", even if it means not gaining very many friends.
The only time she really can let go is in the privacy of her own home, where she keeps mangas and animes of various genres. The only hint of her love for anime would be her pink-dyed hair, which customers have been known to stare at when she wasn't looking.
