Clouds vacillate too much. They should take a shape and stick with it, instead of constantly changing. When a cloud goes all the way around the earth and we see it again, we should be able to recognize it. If they'd keep individual shapes, we'd start naming them and we could talk to other people about our favorite clouds or any of them. There would probably be beautiful clouds, ugly ones, clever and goofy ones. If there were any we didn't like, we could shoot them down, then they'd all be the kinds we like. If we didn't have enough clouds, we could duplicate some in order to fill the need.
