Unfortunately, I am doubtful that it will come back, without a huge effort from anybody wishing to remain and refresh the guild.
I tried talking to the owner, a while ago, but never got any sort of reply back.
Sorry for answering your question so late, by the way.
If you wish to refresh the guild, we will need to remove all members that do not wish to come back. Next would be to flush out the current story and anything that's happened.. After that, we will need to create a list of current participants, their characters, and their characters' roles (so that new members can easily see what's still available). Then, we will need to all pitch in and try to recruit somewhat dedicated participants.
