╫Background Information╫
Rexiel was born and grew up in the Village Hidden in the Waterfall as his clan's rightful heir and at a young age proved he would grow to be a fine ninja. Never truly wanting all the attention from his teachers though Rexiel didn't try as hard as he should have on exams in the academy. At the age of 10 he graduated form the academy and became a gennin, took the chunnin exams the same year and became a chunnin, and a year later became a Jonin. During his time as a Jonin is when he received the title of "Rexiel the Phoenix King" due to his clan's kekkei genkai and became known through the land before at the age of 17 he became the new Kage of his village, The Takikage. Now 2 years later Rexiel is performing his duties still although deep down he truly wishes to be back in the field.
