Right now, this guild is new so I will help gather members.

To the Captain: Make sure to post an obscene amount. That and when your guild grows and members are added, make sure to have a well developed crew. Also, as a start, post somewhere that people need to read the rules of the guild first and then post in the welcome thread. Have the rules and welcome threads as stickies to make sure they do not move down the line of threads. Also, make and customize more role-plays.

If this is an RP guild, then you must RP. Lol.

For everyone else: Respect your captain and your fellow members. A house divided shall never stand. The members are the guild and without those members, the guild will not last.
