(((Is the OOC thread the right place to post this? Um, hi, I'm Corialos, and I'm new here. Just read the rules and signed, but when I explored the other threads, I got a little overwhelmed. Could someone give me an idea as to how I'm supposed to start, and what I should do to set up a profile? I read the skeleton, but I got confused with the "face claim" thing. I'd like to begin roleplaying as soon as possible, so if anyone can help a newbie find his footing, I'd really appreciate it.)))

Hello there newbie 4laugh Welcome to our lovely guild. So you want to now how to get started? Well it's not too hard but here's some instruction to help. To make a profile, go here. Use the profile skeleton provided here. Fill it out with all your character's info and then post it. You will need a picture for your character and that's where the face claim comes in. People usually use actors/actresses to portray their characters and to prevent reuse of someone, we have a face claim. After all that you just have to wait to be accepted and then you can roleplay!! Continuing from where my dear friend left off... If classes and such have already started then you just post at the school. Right now, we are on the buses, so as soon as you are accepted, you post there (in one of the compartments) if you're character is hard at making friends then steadily mix him into the roleplay, short sweet posts. If he likes being around people try making the post a bit longer. KC hasn't been on much lately, so if you have any questions or need any help just PM Aislin or Myself and we will help you best we can. If you need a posting format... Just ask. we can help you with those to (Note, KC likes to ask for a small payment for formats.)

Ah. Thanks very much. Just posted a profile now, awaiting acceptance. But, uh...what do you mean by "formats?" And what form of payment is KC looking for in return for assistance?

Are these "formats" related to or necessary for role playing?

When you see us roleplaying. you see the pictures and styles that we post? those are called posting formats. It helpd people see what your character looks like without going to your profile and it can be as complex as can be or you characters name with a picture and that be it. If you need help just PM me, (Im a nightowl sometimes). And he takes small gold payments. lol. Now, i'm off to view your profile smile
