Description of Appearance:

Outfit(s): Loose formal-wear is his tendancy for clothes, letting him remain in the cool-crowd while upholding the strictness of the Obelisk-Blue dorms to a degree.

Bio: He was raised by a loving family, trying to keep him out of sight of his Uncle, mako. He eventually saw his Uncle's face on the television one day, when there was some weird tournament for some huge cards and glory ages ago. He never got the chance to learn more. He was simply informed that his uncle Mako had been a duelist, and that he had lost his mind trying to find Damian's grandfather on the open seas.

Since he didn't know he had even had an uncle until that day, and that he had seen what he did for part of a living, Damian made a resolution. If his uncle ever vanished, he'd set out to try and find him, and he'd do it the way his uncle had done for his grandpa. He took up the art and skills of dueling. His mother and father were unhappy about it at first, having gone to great lengths to keep him out of the dueling spotlight. But then they saw he had an amazingly sharp knack for it, and even when he lost, he always seemed to have fun.

So, they set him up, helping him gather cards he liked or was after, and eventually even gained the money to send him to the duelist academy. When the announcement came in the mail that he was to catch the boat to the academy, he had gotten so excited, he had completely ignored the other letter addressed to him and bolted, telling his parents that he would make them proud, and help to save the lost part of their family.

After arriving at the docks and looking for the ticket to the academy ship, he stumbled over the other letter adressed to him. He had completely missed this in his rush to get moving. He opened the letter, and was immediately horrified. In his hands sat a legendary card of destructive power not heard of since the early dueling days of Yusei Fudo. The Earthbound Immortal Uru...the Great Red Spider.

Rumors About: Some have claimed that he's the next Zane Truesdale in intelligence, skill, and attitude. Though he has shown that he can mess up, and even shows kindness and warmth far more often than was purported by his supposed frame-work.

Other information: Has sometimes been found alone, muttering to the air. Some figure maybe it was his heritage as a member of the Tsunami family that has started to make him crazy. Others suspect he may be thinking aloud to himself. And then there's the few that know what he speaks with...
He also has a bit of a cold nature when you first meet him, due to his family's history. After you've been around him enough, he warms up and tends to be very easy-going. He loves laughing and dueling, regardless of whether he wins or loses. When the anger takes him though, it's almost like dueling against a dark or demon-bound version of him...

Description of Appearance:

Outfit(s): Usually wears dresses, not feeling very comfortable with the schools' dress-code. So, she simply ties a ribbon on her sleeves to indicate what dorm she's in. The more ribbons she has, the more years she's been there.

Bio: Raised by her grandfather, as was a seeming tradition after he had become King of Games, Kanai wasn't really sure what to make of her Grandfather's tales about his skills and mastery of the game known as "Duel Monsters". While he tried to teach her all he knew about the game, he eventually had to admit that it was time when she started deciding whether she wanted to really do this and take on his legacy.
When she returned home from middle school during the last few days before Summer Break began, Yugi sat her down and slid a pamphlet across the table to her and asked her to read over it. Along with the pamphlet was a small necklace in the imitated shape of his old Egyptian Puzzle Box that she looked at sometimes when she was curious, as well as a deck with a lot of very powerful monsters spells and traps that she partly recognized as being his.
After she had read the pamphlet through, she looked over to study her grandfather quietly. This man had brought the world to it's knees with how tough and skilled he had been back in his day, as well as supposedly having saved it from destruction, along with his friends and rivals Joseph and Seto. She looked down at the pamphlet then gently and nervously took the deck in her hands, softly cradling it to her with a small nod. She would do it. She would try to show him that she could do this, and maybe even get them recognized as not just a family heritage with a great name...but a family of real skill.

Rumors About: That she has the blood-line and the skills of the famed duelist Yugi Mutou. Unfortunately, while she IS his grand-daughter...she knows almost NOTHING about dueling. So, it's only half-true.

Other information: Unfortunately she gets frustrated very easily and thinks little of her dueling skills. So for all of that, she tends to cry fairly often. Due to this sad process, she's not had very many close friends. That and the fact that she sometimes seemed to vanish for periods of time or speak to the air fairly often. That scared a lot of people away. She's also worried that her brother might show up and take her out of the running for proving she's a duelist.
