The tributes, escort, and mentor of District 9 all stay here before the Games. Avoxes are around 24/7 to attend to the guests' needs.

Avoxes -
An Avox is a person who has been punished for rebelling against the Capitol; in other words, a traitor or a runaway. . They wear red uniforms and stand in the room the tributes are in and wait to serve them. Avoxes have had their tongues cut out, rendering them unable to speak. People do not speak to Avoxes unless giving them an order. They spend their lives serving the Capitol.

Kira entered the Apartment and watched the two tributes walk in. The two had ways to go before they were at a level he thought was perfect for the games but he knew he didn't have much time. He waited for Lexi and Akito to come inside and waved the Avoxes out of the room. "Well since you both hate to beat around the bush we only need to really talk about two things: your abilities and sponsors." He said to them.

The group had finally reached their apartment and after walking inside, Akito stopped beside the dining room table before turning around to face Akira. Crossing his arms now, he tilted his head to the side slightly as he listened to their mentor speak. Upon hearing the words 'abilities' and 'sponors,' he finally spoke up. "Sponsors?" he asked.

Akito wasn't stupid, but he didn't exactly know every little detail about the Games either. Sure, he knew that they were the most hell-forsaken event ever and hated the Capitol for coming up with such a thing for their own entertainment, but still. He never bothered to figure out the ins and outs of the damn thing.

Lexi glanced around the lavish apartment. It was filled with luxury furniture. The floor was polished and the tiles were so clear that Lexi could even make out her own reflection in them. Sofas and love seats were placed around a glass coffee table and in front of that was a large TV. Lexi assumed the TV wasn't for entertainment, but for announcements made by the Capitol. She doubted they would send an individual messenger to every apartment.

Lexi looked back to her mentor and district partner. She took her heels off and began to walk to the couch. When she walked, the little skin slap noise was heard as her feet hit the tiles. The tiles were cold against her warm skin and little heat marks were left where she walked. So much for clean floors. "Ladies first." Lexi said and looked behind her shoulder, throwing Akito a little smile.

He shook his head but continued to explain; "All right now that you're both here I can continue explaining. To answer you're question Akito, Sponsors will make your time in the games much more barable; not to mention you have more to worry about than just the other tributes." Kira began and mde sure to look at both the tributes.

"The way to get Sponsors starts with making good impressions in the Capital. I'm take a chance and say niether of you met a sponsor while you were waiting?" He asked them wanting to know how much work he needs to put into them.
