A lovely vision of white walked gracefully through the halls of the castle. Her long white hair had a pinkish tint from the flickering candle light and glow of of her radiant red waist bow. Her frilly white dress rustled lightly with each dainty step. She looked as if she might start dancing. But the expression on her face spoke otherwise. It was harsh, cruel even. The daughter of an evil king, a spoiled princess. But who knew who she really was? A ruthless warrior, a traitor to her own crown. Princess Yuuki Baroway. The lovely daughter of the Baroway royal family. She should have been married by now,or at least soon. But any man that got close to her feared to lose his head to the angersome princess. Why is it that the pretty ones are either crazy or evil? But this girl had a hidden agenda. Saving the people of her country from the evil ruler that was her father. With that in mind, was it really any wonder why she was so harsh?

She had been summoned to the throne room. The place where her father remained for the majority of the day. Her two handmaidens, Anora and Lillia, walked behind her in silence. While two guards that protected her, Gille and Roran, walked in front of her. Each following the paige, Kaito, that had sent the messege from the king, summoning his only daughter.

Inside the the luxurious throne room, the main flame was dimming. The room was dark and very warm but Jasedan did not seem to care. He had gone into a deep thought on his next move and it seemed everything around him such as the surrounding conditions did not matter. He never usually stopped his inner thought but this was important. He had his daughter called down to the thrown room. When she arrived all he could get out was a sigh. ''Hello Yuuki, how are you today? I wanted to talk to you about something, its about time you got married,I had made plans for the arrangement years ago but it didn't...work out.He had been referring to when the groom's parents backed out of it. ''Last time I picked who you were to marry, but this time I will give you a choice. Either I can pick one for you or you can find one.''He was in a good mood ever since he met back up with the wizard for the weekly scheming. It was a good plan indeed but he needed both his wife and Yuuki out of his way, just for awhile.

Yuuki sat down in the seat next to her father. It was her offical spot. She didn't like it. She didn't like it at all. And not just because it was the smallest chair, as she was the princess. She didn't like sitting near her father. She had an instant distaste for his idea too. But her only expression was the emotionless scowl that she always wore. "And why do you want me to marry?" she said bitterly. She remembered the former groom. A weakling of a man. Pathetic really. She gave him one look. Just one. And instantly decieded that she hated him. When the two were left alone he tried to hold her hand. She didn't even look at him or flinch as she told him that if he ever tried to touch her again, she'd personally rip out his heart and feed it to a pig. The next day, she recieved the message that the boy's parents had backed out of the agreement. Her only reaction was a flicker of candle light and another sip of tea. "Most men are so pathetic. Sneiviling cowards who are too far concered with their image and personal survival." You'd think she'd say that with discust. But again, she had no emotion. Not even a little. She heard footsteps and soon saw a boy, about her age. "Hello, Altimo." she said with the tiniest hint of kindness. Now here was a worthy man. Yuuki had always had a fondness for the boy. She thought him strong, and admired his bravery and honesty. That didn't mean she wanted to marry him. She was an independant girl. And didn't want to be 'tied down' with a marrige. "Have you news to report?" she asked again showing no emotion. But someone that knew her well would notice her tiny hint of kindness that she always held when speaking to the royal messenger.

Jasedan frowned at his daughter's answer. At that moment, he did not want to continue on with the conversation but instead wanted to think of another plan to get rid of his daughter for awhile. At that moment, when he was about to respond to his daughter, the door slightly opened. The King's adviser had poked his head into the throne to make sure it was okay to come in.

Jasedan sighed,''Fine,let him in.''He kew that his newest messenger had returned from his journey to the Pyros Kingdom. The adviser was told to come when he returned, he just didn't like the timing.

Stepping into the room, Altimo nervously walked towards the king. He wasn't afraid he just didn't like when the king became angry it annoyed him.On his way to Jasedan's seat he looked at his daughter. He had only seen her at some of the events in Baroway but this was probably the closest he had been. She wasn't there when he was given his first assignment. Finally, Altimo made it up to the King and handed him the letter. On the way back it was killing Altimo that he couldn't peak at it and look but every kingdom has a wizard for a reason, to keep a seal on it so only the person it belongs to can see it. ''Hello princess, and yes it was said to have been important.''It annoyed him that the Kingdom wizards could do things like put seals on the important letters. If he was able to look at them then he could figure out what the king is planning. Hes been on to him for months now and only went for the job because of his suspicions.


Jasedan nodded at Altimo and then looked at his daughter. ''Make sure he gets his payment for the week.''
He said before looking at his adviser to accompany them. He usually never let his daughter do things such as having to deal with people like Altimo, but this would give him time to quickly move to the underground of the kingdom. He clutched the letter in his hand before standing up and slowly moving around the room making it look like he was looking for something.

Yuuki gave no facial reaction to her father's words. Instead she simply stood up and walked down the few steps that led up the the thrones, lifting up her skirt slightly so as to not trip. Once reaching the bottom she let her skrit down with a gracefull rustle, and nodded to the messenger. "This way, then, Altimo." and she turned to walk swiftly, yet gracefully, out of the room. Her handmaidens and the guards snapping to attention as she appraoched. The guards opened the doors and her servants fell in line behind her. Altimo would walk behind them, in respect. But before she left the room enirely she turned around to look at the King. Glaring at him, as if she knew he was planning something. She could feel his spies eyes watching her. It was very uncomfortable. She swiftly turned around and headed to to treasury in silence. Upon reaching it, no one questioned the Princess's pressence there, the guard simply opened the door and she enered, alone. When she returned there was a small bag of gold in her hand. It was more than enough for Altimo to live comfortably untill the next week's payment. That was the way things were done. Servants of the crown were payed well for their services. But what her servants and guards didn't know is that there was something else in that bag. She'd written the note last night, and slipped it into the bag just a moment ago, before the spies could notice. It was a message directed at Altimo, meant for his eyes only. It was a simple message, written in stylized blue ink, that invited Altimo to meet her by the tree beside the stables, directly after midnight. The stables were located just outside the palace walls. How she would manage to get there after hours was a mystery, but she would be there. She handed the bag to Altimo. "Be sure to open it only when you are alone, Altimo." she told him. She waited for his response, and then stated that he was dismissed. After that, she returned to her room. She would prepare for dinner now, and then night would fall. And she would be waiting on Altimo...

Altimo became confused. It was just his payment,did she give a little more than he deserved? He took the bag cautiously and thought to himself,Could this be a trap?.''I will princess,thank you for my payment.'' He said before bowing and exiting the treasury room and down his way out of the castle. Figuring he was alone, he slowly peeked inside the bag. It was just his gold. Then he thought, it could be under it all, which made it more disappointing why he couldn't open it until he got to his home.

Yuuki walked down to the dining room now. It was hours since she'd given Altimo his pay. It was now time for dinner. She'd spend it the same way she always did; with her father at the 'head' of the table, her step-mother at his left side, and her at his right. She sat down in silence. Her mind was on preparations that would be made tonight at the Resistence's Secret Headquarters. She pushed aside an olive with her fork as she was deep in thought..
