Aurora, once the smallest of the 17 cities in T'elos, has grown the most of them all over the years, centuries put into the develop, thanks to a consant stable ruling family, said to be descended from the hero who united T'elos under one banner.
As with all cities in T'elos, Aurora is the mirror of it's Ransei predecessor, and as such is home to mostly Normal type Pokemon, including the normally near-priceless Eevee, which while still difficult to find, have become a symbol of the ruling family, each Leader of Aurora having one throughout history.
