- ★HISTORY: Ace detective of the International Police. Master of disguise. A true soldier of justice. He is known by people only in his codename, Looker. He WAS a trusted member of the International Police, having been assigned to investigate and put stop to the movements of many small and big criminal and antagonistic organizations. One of them is the famous Team Galatic that once caused troubles in the region of Sinnoh and to aspiring trainers like Dawn, Lucas and Barry. International Police's Looker was sent there to bring justice upon that said team, of course, he received great help from the three mentioned trainers. Looker also was once sent in the region of Unova, to search and arrest the remaining Sages of Plasma who were able to fled when the "hero" broke into the N's Castle and defeated N and his manipulative father, Ghetsis. During those circumstances, Looker was always involved. Whenever justice was being defied and broken, International Police always trusted and assigned Looker.
When peace(temporarily) finally reigned once again in all regions, Looker and the others were put under special program, a battle training for all the officers of International Police. Its purpose was to prepare all of them for plausible bigger dangers in the future. International Police realized that their officers and detectives should also be trained in Pokemon battles, since they are bringers of peace in a world inhabited by Pokemon. Thus, Looker and the others were ordered to gather six "partners" for their respective team and were put under special training that trained them to battle using Pokemon.
During those past months of global peace(not including small criminal groups that just occasionally troubled people a little), Looker spent the time mainly in searching for his "partners" and training. Also during these months though, a new threat was slowly growing, gradually and very insidiously. During those months, a new religion or faith was being preached by missionaries who seemingly popped out from nowhere. It was called OMEGA. Looker, and even International Police as a whole, did not pay much attention to this religion. They knew well that every human has a right to have his or her own belief, as long as it wouldn't defy already the Government Law. During those times, the said faith was spreading peacefully among the people.
Slowly, International Police's numbers dwindled. Many officers and detectives resigned from their positions. They had new beliefs in life, and they were from that religion, OMEGA. Simultaneous to this, famous people in the community too were converted, ranging from gym leaders to pokemon professors. Looker was alarmed by this, a little. But he couldn't do anything. He respected their beliefs. Yes, he respected them, UNTIL one day, a war broke out, first in Sinnoh. And it was caused by that religion, OMEGA. Looker, and the other remaining soldiers of justice, of course, helped to put stop on this war and did their best to carry out their job; to bring and maintain peace internationally. But the numbers of the International Police were so lacking, for many who were once part of International Police have been converted and became part of OMEGA. Those times were very difficult, but they were just the beginning. Soon after, Sinnoh fell and succumbed forcibly to the mighty religion. But it wasn't just Sinnoh. Other regions fell too, almost instantly. Hoenn, Johto, Unova, and finally Kanto. It was like a dream, a nightmare. And indeed, it was a very big nightmare for Looker as well, for the International Police, too, was reduced to ashes. The so-called bringers of peace and justice were also not able to resist and stop OMEGA. Looker's friends were killed, some were captured. Injustice reigned everywhere.
Looker, though he was considered by the International Police as one of the excellent soldiers, had to flee. It was just literally impossible to defeat OMEGA, especially now that he's alone. But he hasn't lost all hope. He still believes that justice and peace will still reign, and he will help in spreading it. Looker made an oath when he joined the International Police, and he means to continue to do his task and obligations, as soldier of justice. He's been finding a way and fortunately, he's found one. Through forcibly asking an OMEGA grunt whom he secretly attacked, he was able to extract an information. An information that says there is an active rebellion somewhere, a rebellion that shares a similar goal with him; to overthrow OMEGA and let peace reign once again. Looker knew that that was the only way, and he has to join them.
