Hei! Jeg heter Kitn. Jeg er nitten år gammel, og bor i USA. Hyggelig å treffe deg. ^_^
(I know this guild's not active, but maybe it'll pick back up...I'd really like to be able to talk with others and read others' posts, to try to learn and improve my skills with Norwegian. Sorry I can't type more of an introduction in Norwegian yet. XD)

Jeg har blitt mer aktiv i den siste. ^^ (btw, I speak English in too if it makes things easier for you.) ^.^ English would probably be best for now, as I'm still really new to the language. ^_^ Google translate does a pretty good job though, so if you want to talk in Norwegian sometimes that's fine. It'd help me learn more vocabulary. ^_^ And yes, I have roots in the language. One of my great-grandmothers immigrated to the US from Norway with her family when she was a little girl. Not sure when, but I assume early 1900s, possibly WWI-era. My grandmother never picked up the language, so I'm on my on learning it. XD

Sure, we can speak in English then. Oh, and that's fascinating! I have family roots in Canada and in South America myself. lol, and I have the same problem with Spanish myself. My mom is really good at it, but she never taught me how to speak it, so I have to try and learn it on my own sometime. XD
btw, do you like Pokemon? I see you have Pokemon White in your signature. lol, I have Black version myself, but I haven't had the chance to play it much yet. ^^;

My family tree goes towards Norway, Romania, Ireland, Scotland, and England. XD I love Pokemon! My boyfriend's the one that got me into playing it, though. I used to watch the anime when I was little, but then stopped. Now I just play the games. ^_^

lol, I've been a Pokemon fan forever since I got into Blue version on the old Gameboy. XD Anyway, what are your favorite types? I like water, psychic and fighting Pokemon the best. Also my favorite Pokemon are slowpoke, abra, squirtle and machop plus maybe a few more that I can't remember at the moment. XD
btw, do you watch any anime other than Pokemon? I've recently gotten into Escaflowne myself. It's a little old-school maybe, but gosh how it sucked me in! I'm going to watch more later when I have the chance. It's fantasy series where this girl called Hitomi from earth gets pulled into into another world with dragons, wizards and mecha machines that are powered by crystals from slain dragons. Good stuff if, you like that sort of thing. X3
I actually thought about streaming a few episodes on livestream with a few friends of mine, but I'm not sure if I have a fast enough computer for it really. XD;

You're like my boyfriend, then. He's been playing Pokemon forever. XD And my favorite types are water, grass, and ice. My favorite pokemon are Dragonite, Psyduck, Torkoal, Shaymin, Tropius, and Lapras. 3nodding I watch a couple of things, but not much. I love BlackJack, though. Have you ever watched it? It's about a surgeon who does wonderful things for others, but seems rather rude about it. I've also been watching Eureka 7. The show you're watching sounds really interesting, too. I doubt my internet would be able to handle that, either. It barely likes video chatting on Skype. XD

And yes, I've heard of Black Jack! Though I've only ever seen a trailer of the anime movie at one time, but it looked interesting! I know there's a manga series of Black Jack, but is there an anime series as well?
Ah, and Eureka 7! I've seen one episode of it. It reminded me a bit of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'd love to see more of it eventually when I have the chance. ^^
And yeah, I know what you mean. It's such a hassle to try and run a stream. lol, well, maybe my comp can handle it anyway. =)

He's just so adorable and confused, what's not to love? XD Yeah, there's apparently several anime series for Blackjack, though I've only watched part of one series. You should try to watch it sometime. I tear up over almost every episode...I'm such a baby. XD I've never watched Neon Genesis Evangelion, but my boyfriend's talked about it sometimes. I might have to watch that sometime. 3nodding My computer could handle it, but I doubt my interenet could. XD So, how are things in Norway? It's been unbearably hot here the past couple of days. I hate hot weather. I prefer winter, with snow and whatnot. =P

Oh, you're so lucky to have boyfriend like that! I hope I can find someone special like that in my life someday. ^^
Yeah, and I'll see if I can find any episodes of Blackjack! I'd love to see it sometime! And I love Neon Genesis Evangelion, though it's quite maddening to sit through at times. How I survived that show, is still quite a mystery to me even to this day. XD
And yes, I understand it's very hot in the US now, though my friend from Florida said she had some really bad stormy weather, though thankfully it went alright with her. Oh, and it's mostly cloudy weather we're having now. It's typical weather for our town, though we had some nice sunny days earlier. I think I prefer mild spring weather myself. Not too hot and not too cold. =)
btw, what are you currently studying in school? I first studied electronics in my first year, and then switched to working with typography. It's not the most exciting job ever though. I'm looking to see if I can find something else to work with. I thought about maybe going into studying finances when I have more experience eventually. XD

I'm sure you will. ^_^ Yeah, my boyfriend said pretty much the same thing about it. XD Yeah, Florida had tons of rain and whatnot recently. Lots of flooding. Glad your friend was ok. 3nodding I love cold weather, but I also like the nice temperatures of Spring and Fall, too. I'm currently studying Zoology. I love animals, and I don't think i want the vet school route, so I'm probably going to go into animal behavior or wildlife rehab. What do you do in Typography? I don't like business/finance stuff, so that would be absolutely dreadful for me. XD

And in typography we make posters, books, and pamphlets. It's really dull to work with. >< It doesn't help that our teacher talks in a really monotone voice that makes it even more harder to be enthusiastic about learning That's why I'm thinking of changing.
Oh, that's and that's fascinating! I love animals myself. You're so lucky! Maybe I could study that, though I don't think there's much of it here in Norway. I would probably have to study abroad. XD
Anyway, do you have any hobbies? I like to draw loads of different stuff, plus I sometimes game. Right now I'm getting into World of Warcraft with a few of my friends. It's actually my first experience with a MMORPG, but I'm liking it so far though. I can't wait to see more of it eventually. ^^

I went on vacation for 2.5 weeks, and just got back this past Saturday. ^_^ That does sound rather dull. I doubt I could do all that. XD I can't stan monotonous teachers. Their classes always seem to be dull anyway, and their voice just makes it worse! XP Well, I hope there will be work for me over there, since I hope to move to Norway one day. The weather seems way better there than where I am now. =3 I like gaming as well, but mostly PC gaming. I don't really do MMORPGs, since my internet's not the best. I tend to always lag really bad. This summer I've been playing Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Sims 3, an learning Norwegian. XD Speaking of which, I'd love to start typing in Norwegian now. Maybe just a couple of sentences per post, so I don't get too overwhelmed. And please correct my mistakes when I do, since I'm sure I'll butcher the language occasionally. XD
