Asakuun entered the room and placed her things under one of the beds. It was empty for the moment, besides her; she waited to see who the roommate was.

 Naeida Naeida walked in quietly in her school clothes. She looked around quietly and her eyes fell on Asakuun. She slowly walked over to the bed that Asakuun wasn't at and put her things up. She took a seat and let her hand run over the sheets. She looked up to the girl, " Hello." She said.

Asakuun angled her head down slightly to look at her roommate. "Good morning. You're Naeida*, right? Is that how I pronounce it? Or is it Naeida**?"
(*Asakuun pronounces this as "Na-ay-ee-duh' with the a in Na in its 'short' vowel form; ** Pronounced as Nai(rhymes with pie)-ee-duh)

Naeida Naeida smiled as the girl seemed friendly, and even tried getting her name right, " You got it correctly the first try." She said, " Na-ay-ee-duh." She said. " And you're Asakuun*? Or Asakuun?**" [Asa-kun[like the japanese prefix for young boys] or Asa-Kuun *Kind of like you would coo to a baby with a n at the end. or like Raccoon]

"You got it right on the first try, too -- Asa-kun is exactly how it's pronounced." Asakuun smiled pleasantly. "So, did you decide what classes to take? I'm still browsing - I hope I have enough time left!"

Naeida The selkie tilted her head, " I am taking History, Medical, Art, Self Defense." She explained. " I didn't get much of a choice, because of issues back...Uhm....Home." She said, " I only managed to squeeze art in.."

Asakuun shrugged in response to Naeida's words. "I guess I should choose my classes now, before they start, then."
She stretched and took out a sketchbook, turning to a blank page near the end, and began to draw.

Naeida " Hmmm..." Naeida put a finger to her lips and looked up in deep thought, " Why not check out the classrooms?" She asked.

Asakuun stood up and brushed the flakes of leather from her old sketchbook off her lap. "I've been thinking about checking out the Dark Magic class - shall we do that first?"
