Daniel adjusted his grip on Elizabeth. "Where should we bring them? Should we tell our father?" He knew it would be fine to tell his dad about Elizabeth..but he wasn't sure about Diana.

"The great hall," Briar suggested. There was plenty of room to set the injured down, and enough guards to send for a search party, if needed. To the other question, the princess replied, "What father doesn't know won't hurt him."
