James Anthony......that's Mr. J to you.
James walked into the music classroom, the sight of the music instruments calming him. Putting down his bag on his desk, he made his way over to the drum kit and sat down. It was the beginning of the school year and James was going to go through his yearly check of the instruments. The ones that were out of tune, he would tune, those that needed replacing, he would make a note of and inform the High Priestess for some funding in order to change them. However, James took very good care of all the instruments, so they rarely needed changing, but it was always good to just make sure and be certain. Grabbing his drumsticks, James tapped out a beat, all of his being becoming involved in the music. After all, this was what he did best.
Going through the various instruments scattered around the room, James was satisfied that they were all in perfect working order and new instruments were not needed. The amplifier for the electric guitars might need a little tweak in a few weeks, but other than that, it was still usable.
Putting his desk back into order, James glanced over at the roll and noted the students he would be teaching this year, also noting whom he would be mentoring this year: Crispin Wayland.
Now that everything was in order, James sat down at the piano, cracking his knuckles before placing his fingers on the keyboard and playing. He would be there until his students arrived for class.
