Pit watched the quick interaction with slight amusement, chuckling softly before spinning around to get his own food, and a little extra. It was easy to see through Denzel's lie. He was probably hungry, though too stubborn to admit it. Pit's lips curved upwards slightly and he was hit by how much Denzel was like him. Stubborn and rebellious. Shrugging his shoulders, Pit glanced over to the blonde and saluted, "Thanks for dinner." he said, his wings shuddering lightly.
Denzel only huffed quietly, turning his attention back to Pepper and resting his cheek against the cold fish bowl. He wanted to go home. It had only been here a few hours, and he already wanted to go back to Triple S and everyone else. Pepper swam up to him and blew bubbles, staring unblinkingly. Denzel smiled softly before pressing a quick kiss to the cold glass, "You're such a good little fish, Pepper."
