{Hey, if your a wolf girl, don't you have good hearing and scent?} Tiki's ears twitched. She shook out of her trance. "Do you hear that Lenzie? It sounds like an attack." The wolf girl wanted to search for what was causing the sound. The stroke of midnight was passing. It would be dangerous to search, but a life would be at a risk. After Tiki's dream, she'd save *almost* anything. "Lenzie, I'm gonna check it out." Tiki springed up and transformed into a wolf and, relieved that her front left paw was feeling much better, galloped off.

After Tiki's dream, she'd save *almost* anything. "Lenzie, I'm gonna check it out." Tiki springed up and transformed into a wolf and, relieved that her front left paw was feeling much better, galloped off. Lenzie watched Tiki dash ahead of her, at nearly three times her pace. Hating that she was a mere Ginger, she trugged after her as fast as her little legs could take her. 'Tiki would see it first. She'd be able to help much better than i could, so why am i so afraid?' A sudden bad feeling engulfed Ginger's senses as she tried to go faster as she hears the attack getting louder and louder. Afraid for, not only the attackee's life, but Tiki's as well, Ginger shakes off her hesitational feelings. Tiki's body soon disappears from being far ahead of Ginger. Suddenly, Lenzie hears a sound, and, as quick as lightning, hits the ground with a thud.

Tiki kept on running. She was now at a dry, lifeless place. Grass would wither at a single touch. Trees were destroyed and only stumps remained. Wait. Where's Lenzie? Tiki thought. She knew Lenzie was exceptionaly slow, but not this slow. She was worried. Tiki didn't know what to do. The attack sounded so close. She could hear the growling and wincing. Yet, Lenzie was nowhere to be seen. Again, The wolf girl didn't know what to do. She could save the victim of the attack and try to find Lenzie, hoping she is safe, or just save Lenzie. Tiki skidded to a stop and ran back to where she came from.

Tiki skidded to a stop and ran back to where she came from. Murder. Bloody murder was all to be heard. Lenzie's voice, screaming bloody murder. Birds flew far from the trees at the sound. Just the sense of it, her pain, her suffering, made you wince and panic deeply. "TIKIIIII" You hear your name cried from what seem sso close, due to it's intensity.

"HOLD ON! I'M COMING!!!" Oh god, Lenzie sounds terrible. She thought. Tiki picked up her pace and sprinted. When Tiki was finally close enough to see the object attacking Lenzie she gasped. It looked like bear buddi, but bigger. Its fur was pitch black and it had blazing red eyes. Tiki growled on instinct, but that was a bad mistake, for the 'thing' had turned to look at her and growled back, much more fierce and hoarse than hers. She had an idea. "Lenzie, RUN!" Tiki started attacking the beast. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh god, so many problems....Poor Tiki, hopefully Sorran isn't dead...

It's large, black shape hovered over her, it's eyes, bright red, as if blood poured into them. His teeth were even more sharp than Bear Buddi's and, frankly, Lenzie feared for her life. She did as Tiki told her and got up. But as she did, she screamed in pain. Blood stained the entire right side of Ginger's shirt. By the look on her face, Lenzie didn't realize she was hurt so bad, and began to tremble with fear. "T. . .Tik. i. ." Blood slowly streamed from her mouth before she hit the ground with a thud. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know, right?! But it makes it so interesting -w-

She couldn't help Lenzie; she was already dodging the beast's attacks and *trying* to attack back. Okay. Let's try to burn this thing. Maybe it'll buy me some time...Tiki started fire bending in hopes the thing would burn. It didn't. It just got even angrier. "Oh crap." Tiki whispered.

She couldn't help Lenzie; she was already dodging the beast's attacks and *trying* to attack back. Okay. Let's try to burn this thing. Maybe it'll buy me some time...Tiki started fire bending in hopes the thing would burn. It didn't. It just got even angrier. "Oh crap." Tiki whispered. The beast stood on its hind legs, roaring ferociously down at you, its arm barely burned from your attempted fire. You scream in terror as it nearly comes down on you. Not knowing what to do, you dodge his attack and smack him. As you pull away , his dagger-like teeth penetrate your skin. Pain rushes through you. "What is this beast?!" Lenzie cries out in pain. Bear Buddi was no where in sight, and the strange beast seems to only get angrier and angrier.

A shock went through Tiki's body. Her spine; it was in pain. The thing had bitten her back while she was running. Tiki screamed in pain. The pain in her back was undescribable. It was too much for Tiki. Her legs felt numb. She struggled to keep fighting, only being able to throw a couple hits. The monster had smacked her against the tree and pinned her to the ground. The claws were bearly missing her skin, but it raised up it's free. It looked at her with satisfaction, eyes filled with no mercy, no grief. "I'm sorry that... I couldn't save you..." Tiki's eyes filled with tears. She closed her eyes. She knew what was to come. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- writing this was kinda easy. Bear buddi nearly killed Tiki, so if thing is stronger than bear buddi, he could kill her easily right? i'm not sure if it works that way....

Lenzie watched in horror as her beloved friend was about to be executed for saving her. Her death, her pain, her suffering was all because Lenzie had been far too weak and careless. . .How could she let this happen? How could she lose her only friend to something so beastly. . . Suddenly, as if a blur of lightning, Bear Buddi jumped from nearby bushes and tackled the beast, just as his arm rose to slash Tiki in half. One second he was standing like an Alpha, the next, Bear Buddi took his place with grace. Bear Buddi's thick arm of muscle slices the creature's torso, spewing blood left and right. He cries in pain, a roar loud enough to burst ear drums. He gets his revenge as he tramples Bear Buddi for the upper hand of top bunk. He throws a powerful punch to Bear Buddi's side, a whimper escapes his jaw of teeth. Bear Buddi comes back around and snaps his jaw tightly against the monster's arm and began to thrash him about. The beast, two times the size of him, moved like a feather at Bear Buddi's immense strength. You and i both stare in amazement, our jaws dropped in awe at this incredible scene of two creatures fighting to the death, each a strong moral.

Tiki was amazed at the sight. Bear buddi had saved her. But he could hold back the thing for so long. "Lenzie. Jump on my back when I come near you." Tiki transformed into a wolf. She wimpered. Her back hurt. Tiki started running to Lenzie and picked her up with her nose. Lenzie landed on her back with a 'BUMP!' "Are you okay Lenzie?" They had returned to the campsite.

"What? You want me to go save bear buddi? I can do that, but I'll DIE. I nearly died. I didn't want bear buddi to attack the beast. I wanted him to take you away to safety, to leave me and be safe. All I cared about is that you and Sorran were safe. Heck, we don't even know where Sorran is. The beast is about 5 times my size, slower, but stronger. I could tell by the hit it gave me on my chest and bite on my neck that it wasn't using full power, not even half. A small portion. Imagine that thing using twice its power on me that it had used earlier. It'll kill me. Maybe I was meant to die. Maybe that was my destiny. I've been near death twice with you." And more than 4 times since I left the village."I'll go back and get bear buddi. If I don't come back, then don't come looking for me." Tiki gritted her teeth. She was furious and was trying hard not to releash her power on Lenzie. She ran off to the sounds of bangs, growls, and whimpers.
