Happily ever after, the end. Let me take a moment to firmly tell you that this is not that kind of romance story. This kind of romance story involves the things that you wouldn't expect everyday people to have to face, including – but not limited to – a poodle eating, beer drinking, enchanted cup of instant noodles, a magical scarf that slithers like a snake, but has the consistency of jello, many confusing parallel dimensions and the travels through them, and a castle sitting atop a cloud !! – Okay, so maybe the castle was an over-exaggeration. . . But let's be serious. This will be a strange role play, and I'll need some strange, creative people to help me make it successful, and amusing ! If you are already shaking your head and thinking this is crazy, turn right back around and search Barton for other normal role plays. If not! If I've got your attention and you're ready for more, then get yourself strapped in by any means possible – unfortunately, no seat belts – Because it's gonna be one hell of a ride ~
First off, let's introduce the girls. All four of them are seemingly unrelated by anything. . . They know nothing of one another, although they all attend the same college and share at least one class with one another. None of them are, by any means, outstanding for any reason, but rather, all of them are fairly average. Granted, they all have their own problems. . . Or non-problems, we'll just suffice to say that, judging these girls by their covers, you can tell that they're really not all that special. But, who knows? Of course, however, as in all stories, people must have common ground in order to form relationships, yes? I mean, there are few common factors (when first inspecting them) that stand out: One, all girls seem to be quite bored with life and whatever it is they may be doing, so much so, that all of them are slacking a little in classes and other extra-curricular activities. Two, they all have perfect hair. And, three, they all like to shower. . . And furthermore, not only do they enjoy the occasional shower now and again in between classes to relieve stress. . . But they also share that damned habit of leaving their perfect hair stuck to the bathroom's shower walls. . .
Now introducing, the men. . . Or shall I say, the Demons. Now, there is nothing truly frightening about these guys. . . Seriously. They're quite possibly the most docile of "dangerous" demons. You see, they're not the type of demons that suck out your blood or eat human beings or tear people to shreds, or possess people. That's not to say that they aren't violent at times. . . Perhaps their temper or the way in which they enjoy the manipulation of other beings is a little dangerous, but they're not the type to intentionally put anything in harm's way, unless there's a really good reason. But still. . . Let's try to reason for their misbehaving, right? Maybe they're just lonely and want someone to play with? Maybe they just want to be loved? . . . Hah. Anyways, you see, these Demons are actually named the Kamikiri brothers, Demon Princes of the Hair. They're not extremely powerful, but they could teach a normal human being a thing or two about real pain and suffering, as long as it is by means of hair. They can do mostly anything with hair. . . Make it grow incredibly long, or not grow at all. They could make a person's hair bind them in their sleep, or, they could even partially control a person through their hair – very much like a puppet. Now, the Kamikiri brothers have served in the Underworld for quite some time, being promised by their Lord that if they were to, in x - amount of years, enslave so many people to serve under him, they could be free to use their power how they wanted for some time, until it was time to serve their Lord once more. . .
It is the fulfillment of said promise that brings us here.
Tired of their lives in the Underworld, the Kamikiri brothers have been looking for somewhere to cross into our Universe, our world, to have some fun. . . To get out and do something else other than enslave people for their dark Lord. Unfortunately, unless they are also tied to someone of this world, they can't quite survive for long periods of time – found out through trial and error. Not that they die, but their bodies break down and dematerialize, and they get sent back to the Underworld. And so, bring together four very unfortunate women, whose bad habits of leaving hair on the bathroom walls will be their downfall. . . Add in four mischievous Kamikiri brothers, whose will it is to have as much fun as possible, and who need a "host" in order to survive on Earth. It's not that they have to kill the girls or anything – although, they could if they wanted to. But, they need some sort of attachment to the world. It is through the girls' hair that they are able to be here. . .
How will the Kamikiri brothers treat their hosts? How will the girls react to demons suddenly barging in on their lives? Will there be love? Will there be pain? It's up to you.

o o 1 . G E N E R A L x☂x G U I D E L I N E S xxxxxxxxxxAlright ladies and gentlemen. . . Here are some general rules for this weird role play. First off, please follow Gaia TOS (and Guild rules). If you don't know what that is yet, you should go check it out :] It's basically Gaia's big list of what-not-to-do !! After all, we don't want to get banned because of some "rebellious" behavior, if that's what you'd like to call it. Also, please respect me, my role play, the people who join, and yourself. After all, even though there may be character conflicts, that doesn't mean we have to have conflicts between each other in OOC as well, right? Just, play nice. There's always a way to solve problems other than by fighting. However, if, by any chance, there is an issue that needs to be resolved, please contact me and I will do my best to help find a solution. Also, I'm always welcome for more plot ideas and anything people would like to add in to spice it up :] I'll be making an OOC thread where people can hang out and chat if you want to visit there every now and again. Also, I reserve the right to change and update any rules or announcements at any given time, so please check every now and again if possible! Other than that, be sure to have fun !!o o 2 . P O S T I N G x☂x C O N T E N TxxxxxxxxxxAlright. So, I hate to be nit-picky about the time it takes for people to post, so here's the general rule. Try not to make people wait for too long on a reply. A week, at most, if at all possible. I understand that life gets in the way ( trust me, I work two jobs, and only have two days off a week ), but try to squeeze something in there. However, also keep in mind that this is meant to be a literate to advanced literate role play, and therefore posts should also be no less than three good sized paragraphs. Always put your character's speech in quotations, and italicize their thoughts. Also, fighting and romance is definitely encouraged here, but please be sure to abide by that stated in rule one: Abide by Gaia TOS. Please, do not go all out and overly describe gore. . . Also, if romance is done, time-skip the bedroom stuff. No one really wants to see that.o o 3 . C H A R A C T E R x☂x P R O F I L E SxxxxxxxxxxLet me begin by saying that no one should have a perfect character. Although this role play was meant to be a little absurd, keep in mind that if you throw a punch, be ready to take one as well. That being said, let me now go through general things you'll need to know while making your character profile to send to me ! Note: When you fill out the reservation skeleton, you can choose the title that you want to give to your character. Girls, please keep the second word as "O N E" and boys, keep the first word as "T H E" . Onward !! Girls: Keep in mind that these girls are in college, so any age ranging from seventeen to twenty-two is fine by me. Also, keep in mind they have perfect hair. Other than that, they're just about painfully average, although you can always spice it up with a little drama in their lives. . . But don't go overboard !! Aaand, guys: Keep in mind that they are demons princes and have probably been around for a while. . . Probably a couple hundred years. They are also not really the "killing-type", unless there is a really good reason to kill. They just like to make trouble, mostly. They can basically come with any back story, but keep in mind, everything does need to be okay'd by me !! That being said, please fill out the Reservation Skeleton and Profile Skeleton, located in the appropriate sub forum, and send me the Reserve first, titled "Constellations" before you fill out a profile skeleton with all appropriate information. PM that to me under the title "I'm Seeing Stars!", so I know you read this. Remember! You're gonna be sending me two things: reservation and profile !
