 ¤ Kriton Jiongu xxxxxxxxxx
One of his tendrils has slid from his wrist to snag him a cookie. Taking a bite out of it, he heard her speak. A amused looking ran over his face, and he knew this was true, but he was always planning, writing down plans, and telling the rest of the guards how to act when something happened. By no means was this an easy job, he had the entire village riding on his shoulder to help keep them safe.
Listening to her, he smiled. The thought of grabbing lunch with her was nice, so he nodded. "Lunch does sound nice... It's been far to long." Saying as he took another bite out of the tasty treat. Standing up, he held his hand out for her to take, so he would be able to use body flicker on the both of them, taking them to some place where they would be able to dine in peace.

" See that is the spirit accepting a lunch from your Kage and loosing up a little from the security and all that stuff that keeps your head worried and preoccupied." Yuki said with a very kind and polite tone as she drank the last bit of her jade and rose tea and placed the bitten cookie on top of a napkin and threw it on the garbage. Yuki reached for her Kage coat and placed it around her shoulders closed at her neck reaching down to the floor kindly protecting her body from the cold temperatures. Yuki reached for his hand as he extended it to her and gripped it tightly, she was not a lover of the technique he used to teleport but the contrary she was somehow scared of it. She smiled at him trying to inject some confidence into herself by looking at him.

Her warm tone always brought a smile to his face. Kriton always enjoyed his time with her, but not even she knew his past, just what little he has told her. When she had taken his hand after putting on her coat, he winked at her. Placing his fingers to his lips, they vanished and appeared at a very nice restaurant. One that was known for it's food, and long wait. Being the Kage, he knew would get them in rather easy.
Letting go of her hand, one of the waitresses had seen them. Kriton laughed lightly as he watched her stare in shock for a moment. But after that, they were seated near the back, in a private section. Which was always nice, but he was always on guard, he knew better then to let it down. "I'll take whatever the cook has been wanting to cook..." Kriton has never been a picky eater, being a ninja, and going on missions, you kinda learn not to be.

As they arrived at the restaurant she smiled and looked at him with a warm smile, she also kept her eyes on the people who stood there in amazement staring at her like she was a goddess. As the waitress seated them in the private section Yuki let go of his hand and sat in the chair adjacent to his, she was never the kind of been distant specially around him they knew each other for quite some time and she felt at ease been around him. Yuki scanned slowly through the menu and smiled a bit listening to his choice of food, she then looked at the waitress " I would have the lobster ravioli with the bourlaindase sauce." Yuki said as that was her favorite dish and she knew the cook would know it was her that was ordering it since it wasn't even on the menu. Yuki then looked back at Kriton and watching as he was rather nervous she reached for his hand and placed her on top of it. "Calm down you don't need to be defensive all the time, this restaurant is safe." She said in a very polite voice looking to calm him down a bit so he would enjoy his food.

Hearing her order, he smiled, she had always ordered it. In fact he remembered when they were younger he had to help her pay for it one time. It was a fond memory. But that was when he felt her hand on his. Looking from the window to her, he heard her soft voice. Sighing, he knew it was safe, he knew that, but for how long. Kriton knew better then to believe he could let his guard down. It was a stupid move that got ninjas killed.
Turning his hand, he took it into his. Squeezing it softly, he gave her a kind smile. He was only like this around her, no one else was he real friends with, and no one else got his smile. To everyone whom seen him, they knew who he was. The ninja to fear, the one known to rip hearts out of enemies. He is Kriton Jiongu.
Taking a deep breath, he let it out as a sigh. Bring her hand to his lips, he kissed it softly. "I'll relax more..." Saying as he let go of her hand.

Yuki blushed a pale pink shade as his lips kissed her hand, she looked at him in the eyes and stared for a bit before smiling kindly. "I know its hard for you to feel at ease specially during this times we are living but you must learn sometimes we must just stop worrying and enjoy the moment. That doesn't mean you have to lower your defenses it just means you need to learn to pretend like your not in a defensive stance." Yuki said as they brought a bottle of the most fine wine they had in Kiri and pour some into her cup and his leaving the bottle in an ice tray in the center of the table. " So have you found yourself a girlfriend yet Jiongu-san?" Yuki ask with a very sweet tone as she did not want to offend or upset Kriton but was rather curious about his love life.

Listening to her, he knew she would be the most understanding, she always was. She seemed to know him so well, like she was able to read his mind. Looking from her to the man whom poured her a glass of wine, he didn't touch it, he didn't do anything that would hinder his mind. Sitting there, his ears picked up her question, and he blushed for a brief moment. Shaking his head, he sighed. "I have not... It's hard to find a woman that would look past the 'I tear the hearts out of my enemies.' But it's fine, I have a close friend, so I wont be totally alone for a long time." His clan was known for living hundreds of years easy, as long as they have enough hearts. "Being the most feared shinobi has it's ups and downs... I'm not complaining, but it would be nice to have someone want me for a change." Shrugging, soon their food had been placed before them.

"I must say you are quite optimistic and I like that, usually you will be all gloomy and depressed, is nice to see you take some enthusiasm from time to time." Yuki said as she noticed the waitress was placing both their dishes in the table. "Do not worry I am sure the right woman is closer than you might expect." Yuki said with an smile and picked up her glass of wine and took an small sip of it and placed it down. "it would be an insult if I didn't take a sip of this marvelous wine although I know you rather keep your senses straighten and the mind focused." Yuki said as she smiled at him, she was not very harsh on him yet she liked to point the things that bothered her about him, and been so serious and killer mode all the time was one of them. It was one of the reasons also why he was her bodyguard but sometimes she just wanted to have a relaxing time with him were they could talk and enjoy a day of fun without worrying about the enemy and threats for a change, after all that was all he did all the time maybe it was time he began to soften up a little.

He listened to her, he never seen the point of mopping around, it didn't get anything, so he tried to keep deadpan, or happy. If possible. Hearing her, he sighed, many things she said was true, he never liked to drink, he always liked to have a clear mind so he would be able to think. Though a few of her words rang in his ears. "I hope you are right... But it seems like you are the only woman that doesn't see me as a monster... Well the only person that doesn't fear me." Taking a bite of the rather large meal, he used the chop sticks. His eyes went down to the food, then to her. "What I really hate... Is going home to an empty house." Letting out a rather irate sigh, he popped some more into his mouth.

"I told you many times that you can stay over at my manor, i have a lot of empty rooms and that way you won't have to feel alone all of the time. The servants are quite friendly and the Anbu forces are always around, not to mention I am always there after six and I could keep you company for dinner at least." Yuki said trying to cheer him up a bit, she could tell how much the lonely life affected his way of been and that bothered her since he was a dear person to her heart. "As for the monster thing, they do fear you because you are stronger than they are and they fear you might kill them. I do not fear you because I know the real you and I know that your capable of much more than just been a killing machine." Yuki said and grabbed her chopsticks and took an small amount of food and ate it slowly. "You need to stop inducing fear unto people try to be more like me, people fear me as well but yet they are kind and polite because they have seen my nice side, maybe if you give them a chance to see it they would learn to care about you like I do." Yuki said with an small blush as she grabbed his hand and smiled. "Do not let anything discourage you but rather inspire you to become a better you. I know I sound like an old lady right now but I just don't like seen you so down." Yuki said with a warm smile as she took yet another small sip of the wine.

Listening to her, he seen where she was coming from, but he did kinda liked being feared the way he was. If your feared you are left alone. Kinda of a mixed blessing one would say. But he continued to listen to his dear friend. That was when he felt her take his hand into hers. Seeing her blush made him smile a small smile. It seemed like whenever he was around her, she was able to get him to smile. "Well then my dear friend, I'll move in, and we can start spending more time with one another." Saying as he used his chop sticks to pop more food into his mouth. It was quite good, and he continued eating his meal.

"Well when we are done here you can come with me and you can pick any room you would like to occupy. I will have the maids and butler set it up to your liking as well as I will order for them to pick u your stuff from your house so you don't have to worry about all that." Yuki said with a sweet and kind tone as she continued to her her food, the dish was as exquisite as always and the fact she was in company of one of her best friends made the dinner that much pleasant. "So what you say we have a friendly spar later today in my personal dojo in the backyard of the house?" Yuki said since she knew how much he enjoyed clashing against her from time to time so he could brag about how strong he had gotten.

Looking up, he listened to her, and nodded. This day seemed to be getting better and better by the moment. He just wished it wouldn't come crashing down in something horrible. As he finished the last of his meal, he heard her speak about them sparring. A small smile came to his lips as he thought about them sparring. He knew she had an amazing amount of chakra, so their spars were always good. "You know it." Saying as he gave her a wink.
