who doesn't love a good riddle? someone who doesn't love good entertainment? Well here im going to post some riddles me and my freinds find, like, or make-up (but hey we try biggrin ).
now if you do post a riddle i prefer you put lots of spaces so people can have time to think and guess. so it'd be something like-
This would be the riddle.
maybe a hint to the riddle
the answer!!!
enjoy!

heres one i made up-
What has 7 letters, is above the sky but under the ground, and can break a law untried.
hint; it's not god, like my freind said, and it's not prayyer (with 2 y's) or methane.
it's Nothing biggrin . One of my freinds got it right off, but another took almost all of the break. i told her in the end...

Here an easy one, although it's kind of relevant. One person i told already knew it too... well you dont have to bee picky about the wording too.
Two fathers and two sons went fishing. On the fishing trip they caught three fish. everyone ate one fish, how is this possible?
2 fathers and 2 sons...
one of them is a grandfather smile . the grand father if the father of the father, the father is the father of the son; 2 fathers. The father is the son of the grand father and the son is the son of the father; 2 sons. thus 3 people total, but 2 fathers and 2 sons!

This one i stole from Greek Mythology, jsut so nobody sue's me (like the ancient greeks ... that'd be wierd.) Also i probably paraphrased it a lot.
An animal walks on four legs in the morning, two legs during the day, and three legs at night. The animal is?
remember riddles usually need you to think much larger or smaller than you usually would. in this case its bigger.
A human, four legs as a baby, two legs through his life, and 3 as an old man with a cane.

This one was hard for me but easy for my freind. i barely got a second to think about it before he yelled the answer so i wasn't sure if i could or couldn't get this one...
Okay imagine a completely cubic house. every wall of this house is exactly the same. Now on every wall of the house there is one window, exactly the same amongst each wall. all the windows are facing south. Where is the house.
no hiiiiiint....
So how many of you said the North pole? you were right if you did, because if you were at the north pole you could never go more north, every window is basically facing south, even though they arent exactly downward.

this one's so hard...
Okay, you are a bus driver. on the first stop you pick up 3 people. Go down 2 streets and turn right. on the second stop you pick up 4 people. U-turn, drive on the highway for a while and get offat an near an intersection. on the third stop you pick up five people and drop of 2. Nows the question, ready? What is the color of the drivers hair?
i know your confused but read it again. since you'll probably say it to your freinds just ask them to think back to the beginning/ what you first said.
The actual answer varies because YOU are the bus driver smile i hope you guys got it.

yes i know how many possible answers there are...
the formal answer is...a promise! Although when my friend guessed your name i had to admit, that was good. We also guessed feelings, air, blood, freinds...(it goes on...)

Once there was a rich businessman who travelled around the world making his trade deals. Once on the way to the plane he realized he left some important papers. When he went back to get them one of his gaurds told him not to go on the plane because he had a dream it would crash. The buisnessman took his advice and sure enough the plane crashed. The buisnessman gave him $100 as areward for saving him and then fired him, why?
the hint is; where did the gaurd see the plane crash? a little vaugue but there wasn't a hint when i heard it.
The gaurd was sleeping on the job biggrin (how else would he have had that dream?)

pay attention because this riddle has four parts (and it's also part joke)
How do you put an elephant in a fridge? ... ... ... open the door, put the elephant in, and close the door smile (note it never mentioned the size of the bridge)
Now how do you put a girraffe in a fridge? ... ... ... open the door take out the elephant put in the giraffe and close the door
The lion, the king of the jungle, called a meeting for all the animals, but one didn't come, which one (and why)? ... ... ... the giraffe in the fridge razz
How do you cross a crocodile infested lake without getting bitten? ... ... ... All the crocodiles are at the meeting. smile
