Located on the eastern board of the nation, this area experiences an earlier sunrise and a quick sunset.

Kyo sighed as he sat infront of a river bank. He held his head down with his eyes close and hands placed togther as if he was praying " focus" he thought has he sat.Blue charka started to form around him little by little the charka around him started to take form of a rib cage. At this point kyo was sweating and panting. From the rib cage sprouted two arms, "almost" he said softly as he pushed himself.
