Well, on one of the guilds I'm vice-captain of (The actually active one) I've been the only one running the show for over a year. There is one other vice captain, who isn;t really on Gaia that much anymore, and the owner/captain hasn't make a post on the guild since May of 2010, and the last Gaia lognin date is in late September of this year... I'm wanting to make some guild improvements like setting up guild chats and things of that nature, but it doesn't seem like I'm able to do that as Vice captain and it's really frustrating to be the one doing all the heavy lifting but have no real security that the owner may not just come in and throw a wrench without warning (Basically what she did the last time she did anything with the guild...) Basically I'm wondering if there's anything I can do about guild ownership if the actual owner seems to have abandoned Gaia?

Pretty sure they added a feature where the vice can take over ownership if the captain hasn't logged in for over 30 days or so. Check your controls.
