actually the game isn't over when you reach 100%, you can start the game with higher stats or retain some of the stats you got before you died and start back from where you last saved, plus even if you start the game over you keep all the party experience you've gotten from the last time you played. its to see how many times you have to try the game before you beat it, and each time you start the game over you get to see more extra scenes, I thought it was really cool, although I didn't like the storyline that much. biggrin

*spoiler*
when you reach 100% at the end of the game last boss you don't lose actully.
and the point is to reach the sky it was capcom trying somthing to expand there gamer market whitch caused old fans to get upset and brought a few new fans but i prefer the traditional bof.
Go bof IV fou-lu how i worship thee.

Ryu must bring Nina to the top, or basically the outside, and I think to make the prophecy true.

I think out of all the BoFs, 5 had the best story o.O It was different from the typical RPG storyline nowadays. Yes, it was something quite different from the others... I don't think you can really compare it with the others. Capcom themselves said that it wasn't related to the others, so...

Well the artist said that it was supposed not to be able to finished the game at once(either ya outta zenny or too dangerous to died<---but after get used to the system it was easy)
And...pretty interesting interview that I saw in RPG gamer<---dunno if I remembered it right cause it's been awhile I read it The purpose of the storyboard is keep on going until you reach dead, kinda depression implied but I guess it's true, there is something that ya wanna do and ya know that: being make a big risk to change things it used to be means you're using ya life as gambling
So...not really that bad,and also some one mention that it is an implication of the social jp going either if I remember it right, the richer the higher ppl can go and the poorer the lower they go(AGAIN IF I remembered it right cause I read that for quite awhile)
