xxxxxLorelei is a very sweet person, who goes out of her way to do nice just for others. She'd rather win a million dollars and give it to the orphanage for blind unicorns. (If that ever existed.) She is very thoughtful and remembers the smallest details when it comes to remembering people's likes and birthdays. She is incredibly forgetful when it comes to remembering steps and is very messy. And to even make things worse, she's very clumsy and often trips over things, including her own feet.
xxxxxShe's very sensitive and often cries when she gets frustrated. People often get angry with her because she is very simple minded and asks a lot of annoying, simple questions. Her heart is very fragile and she knows this. She can easily be toyed with and have her heart broken in the blink of an eye. Because of this, she tries to distance herself from people who enjoy manipulating others.
xxxxxThis girl is very stubborn at times and she when she wants something, she'll try and get it. Once she sets her mind to it, nothing can stop her. She enjoys her hobbies even though she can be horrible at them. (For example, take singing. She sings a lot. And she sings it badly. But most people don't want to hurt her feelings, so they don't say anything.)
xxxxxLorelei doesn't get upset when she hears someone swear. She doesn't know what they mean. So she'll probably think the word 'a**' is a compliment and will go around calling everyone an a**. She probably won't figure it out unless the person who said the word is very angry or someone is nice enough to say it.
xxxxxLorelei can be blunt at times, but she won't say it in a mean way. (She can't be mean, even if she tried.) She always tells the truth, so if you want to know if your new pants make you look fat, you should probably go to her if you don't want your feelings to he hurt.
xxxxxShe isn't perfect. Not even close. As mentioned earlier, she is unorganized and often loses things in all her clutter. She's clumsy, gullible, and has a fragile heart. She's stubborn at times and is hard to work with when because she asks so many questions, due to the fact that she was raised in solitude. Don't go to her to get answers for your homework, she's an idiot. Unless it's about Greek/Roman gods and fables.
xxxxxOverall, she's a very sweet little lady who lives giving to others even though she's dumber than a rock not the brightest crayon out there. LIKES ██│┋
xxxxxLorelei enjoys dancing and signing, even though the singing is quite bad. She likes to be in and around natural water sources, because she came from them. She likes giving to others and trying new things. She likes animals, especially the ones that live in water. She also likes cell phones and obsesses over her pink, LG GU280 Popcorn phone and is often seen with her face pressed to it. DISLIKES ██│┋
xxxxxShe hates hot days, because the rivers and streams dry up sometimes and she can get sick. She hates people who fish or hunt, since she likes animals so much. She also dislikes meats and fighting because she a pacifist. When someone yells at her, she gets upset and cries. She also hates the fact that she can fall so easily in love. She also dislikes mermaids because she finds them very rude and flirtatious. (This is from her mother, she has never met an actual mermaid.) ✿ ＢＬＡＳＴ ＦＲＯＭ ＴＨＥ ＰＡＳＴ ORIGINS ██│┋
xxxxxHer mother was an ocean nymph that resided in the Mediterranean Sea. Her father was an Italian sailor who was rescued by her mother after falling into a river. They fell in love and soon after, Lorelei was born. HOMETOWN ██│┋
xxxxxLorelei was born in Crete, Greece and then moved to Venice, Italy soon after she was born. She cannot speak Italian, though. BIOGRAPY ██│┋
xxxxxLorelei's father was an Italian fisherman name Alessandro Marcella. He was traveling across the Mediterranean when a storm came and his ship was sunk. He thought he was dead, but he saw a beautiful woman swimming towards him and he fainted. When he woke up, he was lying on the shore of the island Crete and the woman he had saw before he had passed out was sitting by him, singing a beautiful song. She saw that he was awake and she introduced herself as Melissa.
xxxxxMelissa offered to heal his wounds and she took him to a secret place were the ocean nymphs resided. Alessandro respected the other nymphs while he healed and he and Melissa started falling in love. But, this romance was short lived. The fisherman had to return to his home in Italy because his family was very worried about his disappearance. Melissa decided to come with him and the couple went to Venice, Italy to visit his parents. Soon after, he proposed to her and were married immediately. They lived happily and Melissa soon found out she was pregnant. They were very happy and she decided that she wanted to have their child in her home of Crete.
xxxxxThey went to Crete and she had a beautiful baby girl named Lorelei. They moved back to Venice and isolated their daughter from the rest of the world because they worried that she wouldn't fit in with the others. Lorelei didn't mind, though. She was home-schooled and had to go with either her mother in father in order to go out of her home. She always grew very excited when she go to see the outside world.
xxxxThey soon decided their daughter was old enough to go to school and searched for a suitable academy that wouldn't frown upon her race and powers. They came across Fuyu academy and they applied for her daughter to go.
xxxxxAt first, Lorelei was very hesitant to leave her home. She had never been so far away and was very worried that something would happen to her or her family. Her parents soon showed her the power of a cell phone and she was ready to leave. She cried on the plane, she cried in the taxi driving her to school, and she cried in the office. She said good bye to her mother and father and finally came to deal with the fact that she was a student of Fuyu academy. ✿ ＷＥ'ＲＥ ＡＬＬ ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬ TALENTS ██│┋
xxxxxLorelei can swim exceptionally well, but it's not as fast because her hair is very long. She can dance very well and can bake homemade bread. She can eat as much salt she she wants and won't have a heart attack.ABILITIES/POWERS ██│┋
xxxxxShe can turn into water to hide herself and can breath underwater by sucking it in. (Sort of like gills.) She can speak to sea creatures, which isn't very useful, because it's only animals that live in the ocean. She also speak fluent Greek and English. WEAKNESSES ██│┋
xxxxxBecause she is an ocean nymph, she cannot touch fresh water, it will just appear as a solid, so if she attempted to jump in it, it would crash onto the surface. She must also drink water with salt in it. If she somehow consumes fresh water, it would make her sick. When in her water form, she can be captured and put into a jar. If she doesn't turn back to her human form by dawn, she will turn into sea foam. If she is exposed to extreme heat, she was automatically go into her water form, evaporate and turns into mist that talks, then either go into the clouds so she can be rained out (which is quite interesting because she falls out the sky) or she can be blown away to a cooler place and turns into her human form. During this, she's helpless and cannot turn into her human form unless she is away from the heat source. She is also weakened when the water source she comes from is polluted, which is the Mediterranean Sea, specifically the Gulf of Venice. If she comes in contact with polluted ocean water, she will grow ill. She requires salt if she does drink water or takes a bath, so she often carries a large bag of salt. Let's hope she doesn't freeze and turn into an ice block now! That would be taking Ice Sculpting to a whole new level! : o
