Weapon(s) Description: Four Chakra Blades. 1m katana's with green hilts. Uses wind chakra to enhance the length and sharpness using its full potential. The blades are made up of a metal found in the highest mountain in the Village Hidden in the Clouds. The metal is as light as a feather and as strong as diamond. It is also able to absorb all types of chakra nature's to transform the sword. Dizzy is working on creating four swords, one earth, one fire, one lightning and one water. He also adds his chakra into the mix of wind which creates a harmony with the blades. However his latest try at making a flame sword went up in flames literally.

Clan Description:
Inuzuka Clan. this clan usually works with an animal partner and can enhance their senses making them excellent trackers. Dizzy's animal partner is a wolf the size of a horse called Claw. they have developed a harmony with each other in perfect sync and Dizzy would usually mount Claw.His child hood was not great his parents were murdered right before his eyes when he was 4 and was taken to the Village hidden in the clouds where he grew up without other children to play with or parental love. He also never revealed his real name as Dizzy is name his instructor gave him and will not say his real name in case of a reminder of the past. Not long ago Dizzy gained the sharingan as a token of friendship from Honchrue Uchiha (it was his fathers) and now Dizzy wears goggles covering his eyes. He wears leg weights that are as heavy as Lees maybe even more. He also wears a mysterious necklace that is bonded to Yumiko Uchiha who has a similar necklace.

Special Abilities: Sharingan but not of the Uchiha clan. Dizzy is un-aware of the power hidden in the eyes but wishes to learn them

Character Data

Summoning: Wolf Legend Dark Eye who stands 100 feet with a werewolf like body, and eye patch over his left eye with a large katana strapped to his back. Summoning is shouted as "Forbidden Technique, Fusion Summoning MITSUO KATSU!" as the user puts the hand of the other user together on the scroll to fuse into one being. Note that once done the they can never return to their original forms.

Weapons used: Four Chakra Blades. 1m samurai sword with green hilt. Uses wind chakra to enhance the length and sharpness using its full potential. Also has Leg, arm and chest weights for training with his comrade Claw.
Main Weapon Description: The four chakra blades are his main weapons but he won't hesitate to swap into unarmed.
Special Abilities: Sharingan but not of the Uchiha clan.

Personality: Very wild and obnoxious. However that's just an act to make others happy when he is truly sad inside.

Hair Color: Dark green with a slight black tint to it.

Biography: Dizzy is in fact not this mans true name. He has only ever revealed his identity to the person he loves and won't give it to anyone else in case assassins try to hunt him down. He is very tall for his age and has a mixed aura about him. He has a very strong accent that can't quite be pin pointed to where he came from. He has tanned skin from living in the clouds and is a heavy duty eater. Among other things he enjoys inventing things. He created his goggles and his geared out swords personalized for him.
