The 3rd pair was added to the list but when it came to these two there were a few notes.

The first couple, Ozzie & Kaladin, It's more of a meet for the first time scenario than it is a romantic one. This one doesn't qualify.

For Sadiki Iah + Coyotl, it reads as a situation where budding feelings are present, but they're not quite there yet. They're still trying to find a name for what they are. This one doesn't qualify.

I did ask for second opinions on them to make sure I wasn't being too critical, and they arrived at the same conclusions.
