New Game Template [To change as necessary]

Introduction to game: A short description about what your game is about. Include any necessary information that your characters would "know" before the game is started.

Special Rules: Any extra rules or removal of rules from the basic game that has been chosen for the template. List all of those here.

Images & Maps: Not all games will be supplied with these, but some DM's may wish to supply maps of the world or pictures of specific items. These may be put in later threads, but if they are common knowledge among all characters and help the players to understand the game, they should be posted here for easy access.

Any other Important Information: I currently don't know what else to add here, if you feel I'm missing an important section please message me. Otherwise just any information as the DM sees fit can be added.

Open To New Players Yes or No, please keep this updated. Also this is where it should be requested that new players just join or PM the DM first.


NOTE: All DM posts should be in a non-regular post style. I chose Document, which will probably always be my preferred style. Regular should be used for normal RP. It is up to the DM, but I suggest Thought Bubble be saved in case of "mind reading" RP to differentiate between what others can hear & cannot. Ornate is another useful styles. I suggest new character sheets by members be requested as all of the same post style also.

While all DM posts I feel should be kept as the same post style, I am displaying Ornate here for those who may not be familiar with it.

I suggest the DM reserving (by posting simply with the word "Reserve") 3-5 extra threads to use as necessary. The second of these I recommend either posting all relevent Character sheets & whose playing them, or the links to the character sheets. If the links are provided, then it is the responsibility of the player to update experience & everything else. This also allows for room for a full character sheet. If it is posted by the DM, the DM needs to update the experience and levels as necessary.

Personally I like a mix of the two. That way the updated experience is posted by the dm, but it is the players responsibility to update any other information.
