any one here seen activity that could have been caused by something such as a ghost?

About a week before I moved back to England,I was in my Apartment,in my room on Gaia,when I heard the strangest sound.It sound like a flickering at my closet.I opened,it and nothing was there.An hour later the sound was back,and this time when I opened it,there was a black cat.He jumped out and ran out of my apartment.A day later,there was a banging on the door.I got up,then opened it up.The same Black Cat from my closet was at my apartment door.Keep in mind though,I have no neighbors that have cats,and I don't have cats.Iclosed the door,turned around,and it was there.I was scared out of my life that I tried to hit it in defense but he ran out the back.The next day after that I heard whispers.And I was with my parents,but they seemed oblivious.I got up,then walked to my room again then they stopped.It was quiet,then distinctly I heard my Grandfather say"I'm Alive."I was shocked,and shaking.He had died 2 months before-hand.I ran out the door then and told my parents.They thought I went mad,therefore they didn't belive me.The next day was calm.I only saw my Grandfather in my reflection in the mirror when I got out of the shower.

My neighborhood used to be an orchard a century or so back. As kids, me and the rest of the youngsters in the neighborhood would come out at night and tell scary stories about ghosts. I was one of the best story tellers, considering I've seen shadow people(at least I think I have. I was out at night alone to throw out the garbage and a shadow that appeared to be a girl suddenly ran off. Didn't even look like the neighborhood cat was the affiliate!) and I've seen ghosts (a little girl running barefoot around the corner and disappeared). I have also had some paranormal experience at the Banta Inn, which is also a great place to eat~! I went there on my birthday. Considering the story about a salt shaker being thrown across the room, I observed one of the salt shakers, doubting that anything would happen, but it fell of the table! I quickly picked it up and told my mom nothing about it, but it was pretty cool.
Other than that, my friend Deserie has had a few experiences which I'd like to share if I may). When I saw a girl that was a pale white and blond hair, she saw a girl who had black hair that same exact moment. She also spent the night at my house one time and woke up in the middle of the night to see my sister looking at my brothers while they were asleep(and she doesn't normally sleep walk at all). She has a little sister herself named Mia who had a friend named Annie, who supposedly hid in the shadows, but Mia tried to always hand the toys to it. The last story she told me of this entity is when she was doing her chores while home alone and saw a shadow walking in the hallways.
But to be honest, some of my stories can easily be denoted and given a possible explanation.

In my old home, I woke up at 2 AM & heard a ghost girl crying for mommy.
It scared me so much! gonk
I went to school looking so pale... >_<
