Custom Runner Classes
As you all know we have some basic classes. So I want to see what else we can come up with. Lets see what you all got.

Class Name: Oracle Class Description: Tactical information. The Oracles are patched into the ctiy through various terminals found on the streets. The precinct has a state of the art terminal within it, while the hotel the DareDevils use is slightly outdated, but still powerful. This group of runners needs to be fast, being some of the weakest in the city. Strength: Allows for communication throughout the city between operatives. While at a terminal they've the ability to hack cameras and look up schematics, finding new pathways for the runners. A really good oracle may even be able to access enemy com traffic for a while, giving combat support. Weakness: While not as frail as the stealthily trackers,this group cannot take much of a beating, abstaining from hand to hand combat as much as possible. Most Oracles rely on some form of light weapon for protection, but the best idea is to stick with a team. Bonuses: Between basic runner and tracker on strength. 1/3 more energy Limitations: Between tracker and Medic/Basic runner on speed. Can only train in one weapon skill, which can be untrained to train a different weapon in the future. Only able to learn 40 running techniques. Running techniques and weapon skills take 50 more words to learn.
((I'll expand upon the techniques that they'd have only if you don't shoot it down. I've a feeling it will be though.))

I actually like the idea but it could use a lot of improving upon. I just skimmed it, for now, but I'll think on it and I'll back to you after I do, alright?

Class Name: Bass-Bombers Class Description: These music junkies use what they call a "bass-bomb" (hence the name) and use loud screeching noises, bright lights, and other distractions to fight. They travel in packs because of their weakness and serve as the best "raiding parties" even compared to tanks because they use some stealth like beginner trackers, and fight like a low-class tanks. Strength: -distracting: have alot of supplies such as screeching noises, flash grenades, smoke grenades, etc. -seductivity: they can seduce, and/or distract large groupd of people while their comrades do what they're to do. -the power of speech: they can influence people in just a few mere words Weakness: -Slow, easily outran -Weak, like a C class tracker (why they run in groups) -can only learn one hand to hand technique, and one weapon. Bonuses: The use of their supplies gives them time, an essential thing to do any mission they're assigned. They can easily distract a large group of cops while their comrades take care of the mission (eq. a few bass-bomber's put on a little sketch for the cops while a tracker or two sneak into the FRONT door of a building.) And also a small bit of stealth, they can pick-pocket people and if they get caught.? Usually talk their way out of it. And finally, the power of friendship. This will let you call for allies who, if a real person doesn't arrive allows you create up to two (depending on rank) fake RPC's to aid you. Limitations: Weakness, they take much damage from few hits. They're slow so when it comes to parkour or a race, they're no match. They're not very good in fighting alone, so they can only learn one of each fighting technique. Learning these takes 50+ words because of their lack.

Class Name: Adrenalin Addicts Class Description: the adrenalin Addicts are...action junkies, they seem to love to cause problem even unintentionally at a sub-conscious level, there usually become rouge to cause more trouble for them self to be put in more danger even if they don't realize it. these user tend to need to keep moving, and tend to not take breaks. Strength: -Adrenalin addicts are prepare for exciting escapes,chases or battles, leaving them slightly great for confrontation of all kinds. -Adrenalin rush: they can tap into a natural adrenalin rush, that can be activated when half the users stamina is used up, giving the user speed and strength to increase for 10 post. -Restless feet: The users are fast footed and there feet adapt quickly to keep them moving in any environment, this allows them to learn technical skills faster Weakness: - Stressed actions: The users seem to get less rest and tend not to take time off to rest making there max stamina smaller them most other classes supply smaller.
Bonuses: -fast as trackers, and as strong as Basic runners -Natural Adrenalin Rush: User speed and strength goes up by one rank for 10 post. -Restless Feet: Learn Technical Skills in 50 less words. Limitations: - For every rank the user has -50 max energy and with each rank up you add another -50:
Trainee - Energy pool: 250 Novice - Energy pool: 400 Adept - Energy pool: 750 Pro - Energy pool: 1100 Expert - Energy pool: 1450 Master - Energy pool: 1800
-User can only learn 1 weapon style and 1 hand to hand style -Natural Rush drawback: while in use the user is so in the heat of the moment he losses the concentration to use weapons properly. after the 10 post the user is completely drained of energy.
(I'm open to changes, If it is improved I'd like to switch this for my RPC;s Class)
