Haruka turned over in her bed and brushed her messy, dark, curly hair away from her face. Though she had only been awake for a few moments, she wasn't drowsy in the slightest. In fact, it was as if she hadn't been asleep at all, but rather, had simply drifted from one reality into another one. It was the same dream as always: Haruka had been in the woods just outside of Twilight Town. Then, somehow, she ended up falling through darkness for what seemed like a long time, before her feet suddenly found the surface of what seemed to be a giant, stained-glass pillar which depicted something of significance, Haruka was sure, if only she could remember what it was...

And those voices. What were they trying to tell her and why?

After dwelling on it for a few minutes, staring into space with a look of sternness on her face, she threw her comforter off of her and sat up. Running her fingers through her hair, Haruka exhaled heavily before standing up to stretch. She had to start work in just under an hour. Putting up flyers around town wasn't exactly her idea of fun but at least she wasn't under the constant supervision of some idiot boss, all day. Nothing put her in a worse mood than being told what to do. Haruka grabbed a used towel off of her dresser and skulked off to the shower.

Letting the water rain down upon her face, she couldn't help but further ponder over the dream. Not a night had gone by in weeks that she didn't have the same, illusive dream. Was she going mad? What difference did it make, anyways? It's not like the dreams had any relevance to what was going on in Haruka's life...not like each day wasn't the same boring routine that she saw any escape from.
