Iri gave a quick glance behind him as he headed out the store, feeling eyes on him. A rather wide and cute smile reached his lips as he recieved a smiled from Adel, and quickly waved back, leaving the shop with a much lighter chest than what he had come in with.

~~

"Are you sure about this Iri? I mean, I'm sure there are other people around here to be friends with... Is he worth risking your dignity over?" Uri sighed as he fiddled with the loose threads of his son's newly made dress. With as cute and adorable as his son was, making him look like a female was rather easy, though he was unsure how he felt about this.

"Is dad worth pining over to you?" Iri shot back in a rather playful manner, causing his father's cheek to burn a bright red.

"Oh come off it you two, this is for LOVE~ And besides, I've always wanted to dress Iri up as a girl. He's so cute!" The busty nurse from before, Maira, grinned as she gently applied eyeshadow to the boy's eyes. Not enough to make him look overly mature, but just enough to give his eyes a little bit of a different eye shape, so to further hide who he was. His normally tied up hair was let down, falling to a little past his shoulders, and curled to the point that they bounced whenever he so much as breathed. "Is the dress finished with?"

"Yeah, all done." He did not sound happy, but upon putting the sun dress on his little boy, he couldn't help but smile, wrapping the shall to further hide his boys wings. They had used medical bandages to pin the wings down, wrapping them around Iri's torso to stop right across his chest as if he were wearing a makeshift bra. It was amazing how they made the wings work, and he looked as iff he never had any wings at all! The dress was cut so that you could view a good part of his back, about to the tip of his shoulderblades, giving an illusion that they were bare. Luckily for him, the way the wings were position even made it look like he had a bit of a chest bump. To add the finishing touch Uri placed a white blue shall to go over his dress, and a sun hat, to further hide his ears. "You are absolutely stunning, Iri! But.. Iri won't do for a name... Um.. How about.. Naila? Yes, You are now known as Naila!"

Iri opened his eyes, gazing at himself in the mirror, and seemed confused for a moment. Was this really him? His normally Orange eyes were changed to a pretty azure blue by a pair of colored contacts. He beamed, quickly hugging his two guardians. And dashing out of the place, holding a flower basket with a bouquet of flowers in it, as well as a bunch of fresh baked pastries to share with the boy he wished so badly to meet with.

Soon enough, he had made it to the grave yard, standing at the entrance.. There was no turning back now..

It had been some time since he'd last see Iri leading him to believe that the other boy had finally given up on the idea of a friendship with him. It was a touch on the lonely side knowing that he was back to where he'd started where it came to those that he talked too. It was starting to get the boy a bit of an odd reputation among those that came here to grieve, constantly seeing him talking to the unmarked gravestones while decorating them with the flower wreaths that he weaved for them. They were starting to think that he was either crazy or he could actually see and speak with the dead, both of which had people giving him a rather wide berth...

If Adelbert noticed or minded it was hard to tell, the way he saw it the ones that he spoke with were the ones forgotten with time, those that were in the ground so long that the weather had worn away their names and even their children and grandchildren were gone. He wouldn't allow them to be all alone and forgotten, not as Iri had said that Adelbert would be. Not everyone was cut out for the job that he and his papa did, not everyone could spend day in and day out with the dead, those who couldn't answer back, and each evening he was reminded of the fact that he was doing something difficult when he saw the woman in white as she she walked up toward the gravestone that she always knelt down in front of, always the same pose, always seeming to be in tears before the sun set completely and she vanished.

Adelbert was working on a special wreath today, one that he hoped would be good enough for the grave she visited daily. From what he gathered from his papa, what he'd been told by his own father figure, was that the grave she visited was of her fiancee, that he'd been killed tragically before their wedding and she came to visit daily until she caught ill during the cold months and passed away herself, a sad story indeed. Especially when one took into account that since she was still visiting that meant that she hadn't be reunited with her lost love. A soft, sighing sound escaped from Adelbert as he got up to his feet and walked along the same path she did, walking to the same grave she visited, it was warm today and yet it always felt a bit chilly around this particular headstone.

"Hello." He said to it, kneeling down to brush away the clinging plants from the front of it. His papa was busy with chasing off the baddies and repairing real damage, he at times got behind dealing with the growing plant problems. Something he dealt with himself since he wasn't able to do all the same tough labor that Beald could. He gave a smile, "Your name was Thompson? That's a nice name." He said as he lifted the wreath up and hung it around the cross shaped stone.

As he spoke to Thompson he got a bit of a glance from someone that was passing by, a person who hurried along to give the strange boy his space. Adelbert didn't really even blink an eye though. His attention was already taken it would seem.

It took a moment of looking around at the graves before he could find Adel. He began to regret doing this... It made him seem so creepy, and stalkerish! But, there was no turning back now! He had made up his mind about this, and was DETERMINED to see this through to the very end! Which would most likely be Adel crying again... And even if he was told to get out, he DID have a purpose being here besides just seeing Adel (though that was his main priority). The flowers in his basket was for a grave that belonged to Maira's mother, though he had NO idea where the grave could be. He supposed that did give Iri a legitimate reason to approach Adel.

"Um.. Excuse me..?" He called out to the kneeling boy, tapping on his shoulder as he came closer. "Can you help me..? I need to find my grandmother's grave... My mom told me to come see her today, and to make sure she's doing okay.."

Adel turned to look over at the young girl that had appeared behind him, giving a quick nod of his head as he moved away from Thompson's grave and closer to her, "Yes, I can help. Tell me what the name is?" He asked, he knew his way around well enough and while he didn't know all of the names of everyone here, something that his papa had all memorized, he knew some of them and as such he would do his best to bring the girl to visit her grandmother. How sad, to have someone so young visiting but at the same time it was nice to see that she cared so much.

This wasn't the first time a girl a girl this age had visited and spoke with him but this one felt oddly... familiar to him. He had no idea why though, maybe he'd passed by her in town during one of their shopping trips? It would make sense. Deciding that must be the case he awaited the name so that he could lead the way, "If you like I can make a wreathe for the grave once I get more flowers." He offered, feeling as though it were a nice form of remembrance for the one resting beneath the stone.

Success!!! Adel didn't recognize him! Granted he wasn't sure if he should call that successful or not, since he DID come here to see him... Either way, best to get the first part of the deal done first.

"No.. That's okay.. These flowers are special, because I grew them in my own garden, and I did my best to make a pretty bunch for her.. I didn't know my grandma, but I want her to know that I love her, because if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be alive." He rather liked the way things were going. It wasn't an act he was putting on, he truly felt that way. Despite having a huge fear of the graveyard, he started to pretend he wasn't a doctor(kinda sorta) but just a child now. He felt as if there were no expectations from him when he was wearing these clothes. Granted, he would NEVER wear this unless it was to visit Adel but.. Meh.

"Her name was Miya.. And this would be the first time in years anyone's visited her.. So she is probably one of the sad, forgotten graves.. My Mother moved away when her mom died, so... I'm the first one to visit. And I brought extra flowers too, because I know that there are other graves around here too, that never get attention.." All of which he said was true, minus the fact that Maira was more of an aunt, than a mother. He was going to tell the truth as much as he could.

Adel gave a happy sort of sound when she seemed to be speaking his language, speaking of how she wanted her grandmother to know that she loved her, that she brought flowers for the grave, and not only that but she had brought extras for the other graves that were forgotten. He have a happy sound, wishing that Iri could have been so understanding... but instead the boy had seemed to hate the place. He gave a little sighing sound, pushing that line of thought aside. Iri wouldn't be coming around anymore so he shouldn't really worry himself over such things.

"Miya, Miya." He murmured the name, a thoughtful look on his face, and after a moment he gave a slow nod of his head, "Yes, I think I remember." He murmured, motioning for the girl to follow after him, "She isn't far if I recall right, just a short walk." That grave marker wasn't to far a walk though it was in the opposite direction of where the mausoleums were, something he was glad for since the last time he'd led someone in that direction it had gone horribly wrong for him and that person...

He was again shoving such thoughts aside. Why was that one on his mind so much? It was annoying! He'd blame it on the fact that they seemed to cross paths so much before and now he hadn't seen him for a while. That's all there was to it, just a feeling of, perhaps, missing him. Why though he wasn't quite sure, "My name is Adelbert." He said, introducing himself as he made his way along one of the stone paths that circled around the graveyard.

As Iri followed him, be became inwardly irritated by Adel. He never made that kinda sound when he was around as.. well, himself! Something in the bottom of his stomach made him feel like this was going to end badly.. Ether way, he was too far down the rabbit hole now.

"Good! Thank you so much for your help! He replied, giving him a kind smile and adjusting the basket on his arm. The more he thought about it, the less scary this place seemed. He was beginning to doubt that these people really hated anyone.. They just wanted to be remembered..

"Oh.. Um.. My name..? It's... Naila.. " He was so glad his father had thought up of a name before he had left! He vaguely wondered what would have happened if he would have said "Iri". Either way...

"While they walked, the noticed how some of the graves were becomming a bit wild with plant life, and he made a frown. "You know... Graveyards terrify me.. But.. Now it's more like it's really sad.. These people are all slowly becoming consumed by the earth.. And though that's how life is.. It seems so sad..." He stopped for a moment, leaving a flower on one of the smaller graves, and brushing some of the weeds and dirt off of the faceplate.

"It makes you wonder how they feel..." he murmured, before standing back up and continuing to follow Adel.

"Nice to meet you, Naila." He said, taking a turn off the stone path and between some of the head stones, pausing when she spoke and he gave a rapid shake of his head, "Its not a scary place, really! I don't know why everyone thinks that." He said, then looked a little relieved when she said that maybe it wasn't terrifying but instead sad? That was closer to it, but at the same time, "Its not all bad and sad, we are here to keep them safe while they rest."

At mention of the plants trying to take things over he gave a bit of a flush, looking around at them before sighing softly, "Yeah, I try to keep up with them but its a really big place." Not to mention he was doing that part alone, not wanting to make his papa have to scrape at plants when he had a much bigger and more dangerous job, this was one he would do. Provided of course that he was able to do move a bit faster with his work. One of the down sides to being so small he decided. So long as they understood that he was trying his hardest he thought to himself.

"Here we are." He said as he gave pause, looking at a pretty if old fashion headstone. What debris struck to it was brushed aside to allow them to look it over before he looked over at her, "I can go if you want time alone with her, I understand." It was his task to be there if and when he was needed then leave the mourners to their grief afterward, or so papa said. It wasn't his place to interfere with them or their pain unless it might become dangerous.

"I was here before... I didn't visit my grandmother, but.. I did meet someone, and he was... Well, it's difficult to describe... And No.. It's alright, I'd like you to stay.." Iri gazed up to him, reaching up with his hand to pull Adel gently down beside him. He closed his eyes, wondering did he really look so different that he couldn't be recognized..? That would suck. Like, really suck. Suck so hard that even an octopus' tentacles couldn't match up to it's suckage. For now, he would enjoy the silence between them, how close they were... Without any conflict or anything.. It was nice..

After a long moment, Iri spoke up once more, putting the basket down to start cleaning the grave.

"To be honest... I came here for my grandmother, yes.. But I came mostly to see you.." He allowed his voice to slip back to a normal tone, speaking as Iri, rather than Naila. Well, now was the moment of truth. He just KNEW Adel would freak out, rather than listen to him. But what more could he do than to see what was going happen? "And.. The whole time, I was telling the truth.. The only thing I lied about was my name.. You already know it."

The entire time he spoke, he didn't take his eyes off of the grave, using his hands to pull up the weeds around Miya's grave, and taking out the handkerchief that was in the basket to slowly clean it. He was going to make sure his grandma didn't stay dirty.. and he was going to try his hardest not to show her his tears, if they did start to run.

"Are you going to run away..?"

Adel tilted his head to the side when when the girl told him that she had been here before, that she had met someone here. He wondered who she was talking about, had she met with papa? The man hadn't mentioned it but then again if it were just a passing meeting then he likely wouldn't have, had it been someone dangerous that he had to look out for though that would have been brought up for sure. Then next thing she added was even more confusing.

"Huh?" Hadn't come here for just her grandmother but also to see him? He starred for a long moment, "Ahh..." That voice sounded, familiar, didn't it? It changed from being Naila's voice to being another voice, one that made his wings twitch under his coat, and caused his body to go tense. Iri? That couldn't... couldn't be, Iri wasn't a girl he told himself. Then he recalled the plan, to dress up to be able to come and see him, something Adelbert had warned him against since that meant that he would have to dress up and pretend to be something else. Needless to say he was rather good at pretending to be someone else, wasn't he? He gave a sound in his throat. What should he do now? He knew who it was, the game seemed to be over, and Iri had returned.

He was asked if he was going to run, "Umm... should I?" He asked, wondering if it might be a good idea given their track record thus far, he would do his best not to run though, to see why he'd come all this way in a dress just to see him. To Adelbert it made very little sense, why try so hard for someone you didn't get along with...?

"I don't think you should.." Iri's voice was still his own, but seemed so very quiet, so mellow and sad, he himself could hardly recognize what the sound was.. To distract himself from the rejection of company that was more than likely to happen, he continued to clean off Maira's grandmother's grave, using his sleeve to gently dust away the dirt, and laying the bouquet beside it.

"I wanted to.. Um.. Share that snack with you.. And also.. Maybe decorate the graves with you.. Help clean them up for a while, before your dad comes out.. That way, even if you didn't want to talk, I could still be of some help, so your time isn't wasted.."

Iri didn't think that he should run away, did that mean that he shouldn't? Should he say here, should he talk to him? He wasn't really sure, the idea was a bit worrisome if you asked him. He looked around for a moment, to see who all was around before looking back to the 'Naila' wondering what he should do before he finally spoke, "I... won't run, so long as you stay out of arms reach." He finally said, so long as the other boy didn't touch him it should be alright he thought to himself. He knew that, despite his desire to get stronger like his Papa, that he would likely crumble if he were to get teased by him away.

"A-And no trying to take my coat." He added, while that should be apart of the out of arms reach thing he felt he should add it just in case, not wanting for Iri to get anymore ideas about trying to pull the coat off of him to expose his feathery arms and wings to the world... he didn't want them to know what he was, he was happy staying in hiding because it meant that he would be safe! At least for the most part since, despite most of the bad things not getting him yet, he was still teased by Iri a bit.

With the ground rules laid out he turned to look at the other boy, to wait to see what he was going to say to him. He didn't respond quite yet to the offering of a snack or the help with clean up, not until he knew that Iri could be trusted.
