Must Haves to Apply:
-- A good art program of some sort. All options are open, but the lineart should be in a psd layered format.
-- You must be on Gaia often. Seriously. This should be a "Duh!" statement. At least more than a day a week. >>;;
-- If you already have three jobs within the Gaian communities, please be sure that you can handle the work asked of you before applying. I would rather not hire someone who has more than three jobs, but if you're sure you can handle it and still wish to apply know this - I salute you. XD Please don't be discouraged, it's just something to keep in mind.
-- Can I trust you? I'm a pineapple.
-- The ability to cert your own colored pets is a plus but not required. If you are able to cert, please wait until after I say you have won to mention it. We will discuss further on the subject then.
-- The ability to keep up with your growings is definately needed. Not doing so will result in unhappy owners which will then result to unhappy Seruta...
-- I don't care if you have previous experience or not. I'm not expecting anyone to have experience when applying for this position, BUT I am looking for decent+ work. I just want everyone to know you have a fair chance of getting the position as anyone else so please don't get discouraged.
-- Line-editing is not a must, but if you want to take a stab at it, go right on ahead. If you choose to do line-editing samples, please put three different edited samples in your application so that I can see your style in various ways. :3

What I'm looking for:
Full time Colorists
-- Able to produce at least 3 full growing pets for an FS a week.
-- Have at least two custom slots open for a minimum of 2 weeks a month.
-- Able to host your own event at least once a month.
-- Willing to toss out a freebie once a week. (*Growing or not/event or just a handout - your choice*)

Part-time Colorists
-- Able to produce at least 1 full growing pet for an FS a week.
-- Have at least one custom slot open for at least 2 weeks of the month.
-- Willing to toss out a freebie at least once a month. (*Growing or not/event or just a handout - your choice*)
-- You have the option to hold your own event. Just so long as you clear it with me (Seruta) as we have to make sure there is no event overlapping another.
-- Creativity is a plus! Try and be as creative as you can when creating these guys! And have fun! :3
-- Use these lines for your application. Please provide 3 samples. Then pick 2 of those three to play as parents for 2 more. So that should be at least 5 samples. You are welcome to do more, but I need to see at least 5.
-- For those that want to attempt line-edits, add three more (with edits) to the above list.



Payment:
Full Time Colorists
-- 80% of each pet sold in an FS. All trades will be made to the mule and once the event is over you will be reimbursed according to the number of pets sold.
-- 100% of all customs sold. All trades for the custom will go to you.
-- You are free to color up to two pets for youself a month. Whether they are growing or not will be completely up to you because you will be responsible for coloring them.
-- If you are eligible and hired to do line-edits on the Critters, you will be free to trade one of your free pets for an edited one.

Part-time Colorists

-- Good clean lineart! Sketches are fine as previews of your submissions but you must have at least one of them in clean lineart form. I need to know how your finished products will look.
-- Can I trust you? Can a coconut Fly?

What I'm looking for:
-- Each Critter in Critter haven generally has 3-4 stages. Key->M/F Child->M/F Adult for 3 stages OR Key->Baby->M/F Teen->M/F Adult for 4 stages. The current number of species is undetermined but I would love to start out with at least three more different Species. Preferably: 1 Air Dweller, 1 Water Dweller and 1 more Land Dweller. But feel free to let your creativity liscense twist the numbers around a bit should you feel it necessary. :3
-- The Elder stage for all the Critter Haven pets are generally humanoid or an Anthro. If you want to toy around with this or you know you are decent or better with this - I am looking for a good "Artist" to strictly handle Elder stages. This is where you will apply for that too. :3
-- I would prefer you to stick around or at least keep in touch in case we decide to gain more species into the shop. I do not plan on going beyond five species for now though, so please do not freak out. XD
-- When creating your sample pieces, try to make them of creatures you don't usually find in today's gaian shops. So try to stear clear of cats and dogs. ;3 One animal I would love to see is a Giraffe. But that is not a must. >>;
-- Shading Templates are a plus but not required.
-- Creativity is a plus! Try and be as creative as you can when creating these guys! And have fun! :3
-- Some possible familiars and shop items? I'm still not quite sure if I'll keep this section of the shop, but if you feel your creativity muse poking you in the head for these, by all means! Surprise me! <3

Payment:
-- I'm willing to pay 30k minimum for each set. This price might go up depending on the quality of your lineart so please specify if you wish to be paid more. If payment is not an issue to you, just leave that blank and we'll work something out. :3
-- One free Growing Custom (a familiar if they're available) and a free breeding. You will be allowed to do lineart edits to your custom if you so wish.
