The Skate Park

This single skate park is the furthest point of Tempest City before the woods leading to the mountains are reached. This park is usually used as a sort of checkpoint before heading into the mountains. It, like other parks, can be used to train upon.

He walked solemnly throughout the vast space of the skate-park. The young man felt as if the park was centered in one of the oddest places in the city. This, however, would not deter him from what he needed to do. The President was to await the arrival of one of his most trusted men: Azai. Yet, his trusted mate had lied about the time to meet; as usual.
There he sat upon the slope of the one of the many "bowls" which scooped into the ground. Only a thin, white tank-top cover the upper part of his body whilst caramel slacks covered the lower. "I wish he'd hurry," the young man muttered to himself. He felt odd, to say the least. It was unusual to be dressed as such. As well, now was the opportune time for their "sit down". Not a single other person was in sight. Their conversation would be carried out in secrecy.

Yawning, he walked across the field to the entrance of the skate park, wishing he'd gotten a couple more hours of sleep. "What a drag."he says, hands in pockets as he nears Alexander. "I wonder what he has in store." Just behind Alexander know, he slides down the tube to sit next to him. Sliding a cigarette from his jacket pocket, he inserts it into his mouth and flicks open his trusty Zippo. Covering the flame as he lights up, he offers one to Alexander.

Alexander listened to the nearing steps of his fellow man. "No, thank you," he spoke with a lifted hand in signification of his obviously worded denial. "Smoking kills. Don'tcha know?" He arose from his current seated position and turned to face his comrade. "You wondered what I had in store..." His hand fell to his side and then slipped itself into one pocket. It rose. A picture was pinched within his fingers. "I want this man dead." Alexander than offered the picture to Azai. "Gekijin Bouryoku; Current Captain of the T.C.P.D." He performed a military-like "about face" movement and began to head the other way. "If you are curious as to why: well, he's onto our current string of heists..." he spoke almost sourly. The man had tried to hide his disappointment with their current crew at hand. His strides suddenly came to a halt. "Can I trust you to get it done?"

Azai looked at the picture curiously, memories of a past conflict flooding his mind. "He'll be dead by the end of the day." he says, zipping away towards the city. Dashing into the direction of the sun he makes his way to the HQ of the T.C.P.D, knowing exactly where to find his target. Making his devilish plans already, Azai was already coming up with hellish ways to make him suffer.

Eyes remained opposing the fleeing mate. "My, my.. So eager to taste the blood of his enemies, I see." He continued to walk out towards the treeline. The young man was conflicted on the inside. All he wished for: quietness. Thus, why he headed for the wilderness.
