Zanpakuto World: Mizutsurugi's spirit world resembles, a vast sea of water that streches on for miles, with mist floating everywhere above the water covering pillars and stones, which stand above the water and are used for mizutsurugi or keiji to walk around on when they see each other or have there casual chats.
Zanpakuto Spirit's History: Mizutsurugi has been passed down to soul reapers for hundreds of generations, and is one of the most powerful zanpoktou ever. Mizutsurugi only chooses a new soul reaper as its master every three thousand years, and only calls soul reaper with an unusually large amount of spiritual pressure master. Mizutsurugi is the strongest of all water zanpoktou, and is the brother blade to senbonzakura, with abilities similar to senbonzakura.

Shikai: Mizutsurugi becomes a clear blue color and shatters into millions of pieces of tiny blades that move at immense speeds under keiji's will, similar to its brother blade senbonzakura. First attack: Kasumi Mizutsurugi.
When Keiji calls out his attack kasumi Mizutsurugi, mizutsurugi begins to float around in the air, and in the surrounding area around keiji, in an expanse of two hundred feet or more, depending on the reishi it absorbs in the area, with the appearance of mist. If anyone comes into contact with mizutsurugi's mist-like blades, the tiny blades will slice the person from every direction, leaving lethal wounds.
Second attack: Tsunami Mizutsurugi.
When Keiji calls out his attacks name Tsunami Mizutsurugi, mizutsurugi begins to absorb as much reishi as it can from its surrounding area, and collects a fraction of its wielders reiatsu, in order to create more particles of itself and multiply its blades 10 millionxs more, causing it to grow into a giant wall of blades which take the appearance of a giant tsunami, that heads towards keiji's enemy with his will controlling it.
Third attack name: Tsuiseki Mizutsurugi.
When Keiji calls out his attacks name Tsuiseki mizutsurugi, Mizutsurugi Begins to chase keiji's enemy at blinding speeds, with the appearance of a small expanse of water darting through the air, or in any direction keiji's enemy might be, attempting to strike keijis foe with its millions of tiny and extremely sharp blades, with keijis will controlling it.
Fourth and greatest attack name: Ame Mizutsurugi.
When Keiji calls out his attack Ame Mizutsurugi, his millions of liquid-like blades absorb the reishi in the surrounding area and multiplies itself creating millions of more particles of its blades, and forms a giant dome that shoots towards its enemys direction, and doesent stop following them untill they are trapped within it. when keiji's enemy becomes trapped in the dome, every blade begins to spin rapidly and enclose around keiji's enemy causing his enemys air supply to be shortened along with the space the the enemy is allowed to move around in untill the millions of blades slice into the enemy and damage the enemy severely.

The first hair pin keiji wears, allows him to transmit any one persons thoughts to himself(In other words, i can read your thoughts with the hair pin). Keiji's second hair pin stores reiatsu for him to use, when his reiatsu becomes completely depleted.
Personality: Keiji is a calm and collective person, hes very decisive and is quite choosy with whom he decides to fraternize with. Keiji tends to try to cheer up people when there down, and hates to see people who tease others, and trys to be a humble person and may take things others say to try and help him the wrong way most of the time.
Human World Appearance & Information: Keiji's human appearance doesent change much from his shinigami appearance, the only thing different about him is that he wears clothes instead of his blackish blue kimono, and looks a bit younger then he used to with longer blue hair.

Biography Before Death:
Keiji was once a samurai when he was alive, he followed bushido and the way of the sword, to fulfill his masters wishes. Keiji was an excellent swordsman who protected his master and followed him as a personal body guard to honor and to serve him, and one day his master had planned to go on a stroll alone, refusing keiji's assistance and set out on a walk on his own, never to return again. After keiji's masters disappearance, he would go on to become the new master and leader of his own small army, only to be assassinated years later by ninja and was sent to the soul society by a passing soul reaper.
Biography After Death:
Once keiji joined the takeshi clan, he would always hear story's about how great a soul reapers life was, and upon realizing his potential and great amount of spiritual pressure to become a soul reaper in a sparring match with his clans leader, he decided from that moment on that he would learn and train every day untill he became a soul reaper, and vowed to be the best shinigami the soul society had to offer.
Soul Reaper Academy:
Keiji lived in rukon district 1, and was already excepted into the takeshi clan awhile after his death as a human. The takeshi clan trained keiji and sent him to soul reaper academy after seeing a display of his unusually great amount of spiritual pressure, there he excelled in all of his classes and was sent to a squad, graduating a year before his entire class did.
