Oh right, Celeste. xxxCeleste's heart was still racing with every breath she took. who she presumed was the captain bellowed out a order in which he finished in "Yo Ho." Celeste blew a stray hair out of her face as she was shoved behind of the Capitan. Celeste figured since the captain told his men that she was a lady and not some whore. Celeste strolled away from the Capitan and over to the edge of the ship. She took a deep breath taking in the sea, Letting the crisp wind blow threw her chocolate hair. "What do you wish of me?" she asked suddenly turning to the man whom was behind the wheel of the ship. "I don't even know your name." she stated knowingly. She waited for a reply, if there was one at all.

 Holding to a silence the man only looked out to the vast ocean as he continued to let his ship sail strongly. The woman was talking, and he could hear her well, what he didn't understand was why she had still been able to walk around, normally he would have had an order made to just have her thrown into some room to be locked away, but he must have just missed it this time. So he instead looked over to Core, and gave a smile to it, trying to ignore the woman still. He wasn't expecting Core to have a reaction with it's sounds as it looked at Avery then to the princess.
"Oh come on."
Avery said as he looked to core with a confused look on his face, he and Core may not be able to truly talk in a way, but there was some sort of an understanding still. So with a small turn to look at the girl, he gave a sinister smile to the princess, he decided it was time to make her of some use early, while he could. First he took a few steps while he looked at her, placing his hand against the hilt of his sword.
"What I wish of you is very simple. Your father and mother are going to be worried that some psychotic pirates have taken their daughter, and when they get that piece of paper we left in your place, they will know just how much we are asking for. So what I want of you, is to make gold off of you."
The captain said with a calm smile at her before he turned back around to move the wheel a bit, making sure it stays on course. Core then started to make some more sounds that caused the young man to sigh and place his head down a bit as he knew what Core wanted this time. Placing his left hand and reaching over to his right shoulder the young man began to pet the mongoose. With a slight turn of his head, the young Captain glanced at the girl.
"My name is Avery Dacor, but you will call me Captain, or Sir. Starting tomorrow you will begin a new life, girl, and that will be one of serving us food, as well as joining the crew with some manual labor. First stop tomorrow we will be getting you some 'new' clothes, so we can be rid of that thing you are wearing, it's far too suspicious. Oh and be sure to eat a lot of fruit, you don't want to start to develop scurvy."
Avery said with a calm movement of his head to look into the direction they were heading in. What the young man didn't enjoy was that they were heading into further night, towards the West where the sun has already set. In due time they would have to find a place to drop anchor, or take shifts sailing the ship into the right direction. What would be curious happened to be this girl's sleeping arrangement, she would either have to take a hammock with the crew, and they would be very touchy, or she would have to sleep in his captain's quarters, or worse, she would have to take Core's lounging area for sleep, which happened to be the holding area for the food. One would have the girl panic, another would have Avery very annoyed, and the last one would have Core very annoyed.
"...And a bottle of... What do you mean it's all gone!?"

She was just about to give up and turn back to the sea when he muttered ‘Oh come on.’ This sparked some hope in Celeste, maybe he was actually going to talk to her. Maybe. After he told her what he wished of her he smiled slightly, this made Celeste’s heart jump. Celeste smiled, oddly enough, at this information she was hearing. Avery turned back to the wheel and this was all the information she thought she would get out of him. But then he pet his pet mongoose and turned back to her with a sigh. When Avery told her his name she thought it didn’t suit him. But she would never call a man Captain, so Avery would have to do. When he explained that she would be a servant on a ship of men this sort of excited her. Her mother, the queen, would never allow such behavior from a ‘pristine young lady.’ ”I suspected as much.” she said nonchalantly. ”But let me keep my cloak. It was a gift from my late grandfather.” She asked him and turned back to the sea. Letting the salt air overcome her.

Turning the wheel lightly as the ship continued its path through the sea, a beauty being held in it as the sail kept a gentle sway about it. The captain looked over the vessel as he yawned a bit and looked over at the princess for only a moment, she was worth so much gold and he was almost excited to get his greedy hands all over the coins. He knew that the gold would give him a great life of relaxation, and his ship would never have to stay damaged for long.
With his ear almost twitching at the sound of the girl talking, the man only sighed as he began to look to one of his crew members. He almost wished he had told the girl to just start today, it would have called for less problems in his eyes. This woman gave him a strange feeling, and he wasn't sure he liked it, something told him that a lot of trouble would be coming. So taking a step away from the wheel as the other man took control and continued the path, Avery stepped down onto the lower deck of the ship, but not before noticing a strong and strange movement in the water. Something had come to show itself it seemed, but what was it, a dolphin, a whale, a shark, or something far worse? The young man did not like this feeling, almost as much as he didn't like the feeling this princess gave him.
"You can keep it girl, but I think it would be best if you were to get some sleep. Tomorrow, tomorrow is going to be the first day of the longest days of your life."
Avery said as he turned to his captain's quarters, he had not assigned her a place to sleep yet and he noticed this. So with as stop he looked up at the woman, and then to the brig. That specific place was where all the food was held, and had a nest in it that Core made not to long after he had been on the ship for a month, at times he would sleep there, but lately he would stay with the Captain in the Captain's Quarters, since it had a softer place to sleep.
"You will be sleeping in there, unless you feel more comfortable sleeping with the men."
The young man said as Core began to make some sounds at the Captain, Avery sighing about it as he started to get in some strange argument with his pet.
"...And a bottle of... What do you mean it's all gone!?"

When he told her that she could keep her cloak she smiled but quickly hid that smile with looking down letting her hair fall just a little in front of her smile. Avery then told her, her sleeping arrangements and she looked up at him strangely. ”There must be something more suitable.” she eyed where he pointed and sighed. Celeste then met his eyes and her heat fluttered, a blush creeping upon her cheeks. She looked away embarrassed for her actions. First she spoke out of term with him. Second she allowed herself to feel and act the way she does around him. What will come third? She wondered. Celeste looked back to the sea. What was there to look at? It was just water. But something about it called to her. Deep within its masses there are secrets that whisper during the storms. Secrets that the thunder only hears. Celeste looked back at Avery and thought for just a moment. Does he know that secrets of the sea? but when reality came crashing back to her. She actually saw Avery for the first time. His blond hair blowing with the salt air, the way he would have a silent conversation with his mongoose that he called Core. Celeste looked at him and her heart fluttered again while she waited for his reply, if he decided to reply at all.

Stopping for a moment, the young man began to sniff the air. Something was a miss now, and he could tell that his crew also had this feeling. There was an energy around them, something close, angry, violent. With moment to hear the girl speak, he ignored her, but he took in her words still. Instead he listened to a splash and something grabbing hold of wood, being his ship. Another sound appeared as well, followed by six more, they were feint, silent, but they still gave away their position. One had even made it's way to stand right behind the princess, it was a being closely related to that of a Merman or Mermaid. These creatures were more humanoid in shape, but had claws, scales, fangs in their mouths, and just looked disgusting. The beings usually have a strange taste for that of royal blood.
With a quick turn, and upholstering his gun, the young man had let out a shot. The bullet itself leaped out of the gun with a small thing of fire out of it, the ball flying from it at a good speed, going right next to Celeste's head, flying right past her and directly into the eye of this fish creature, it's body hitting the deck hard, cold, dead. The shot had alarmed the crew to get their weapons ready, and these fish creatures had fully shown themselves by jumping onto the deck of the ship, Avery sighing deeply and in anger as he looked to the princess.
"You either fight for your life, or you hide in the brig with the food."
Avery said as he then began to unsheathe his sword, getting into a stance and ready to fight. He was not going to let himself get killed during the same day he stole a princess.
"...And a bottle of... What do you mean it's all gone!?"

She simply brushed this aside and before she knew it a bullet was speeding past her right into the face of a sea creature. Celeste let out a yelp as she jumped back. “Hide or Fight!” Avery’s words had startled her at first. But then she reached down and slid out a small knife from under the hem of her gown whilst doing this she threw off her cloak and threw it out of harms way. She then turned to another ugly creature that seemed to be approaching her. What revolting things they were, with hair of seaweed, eyes of death and teeth of ivory knives. She advanced on the discussing creature and slit its throat. The strange thick blood staining her dress in the process. She cursed under her breath and then actually looked at this creature. How could something so ugly come from something so beautiful? Celeste looked to her right and saw another human like sea creature crawling toward her. She leaped down the stair way and let the creature stumble after her. She smiled as it inched closer. I guess all those fencing classes were worth it.she thought to herself. Celeste reached out and exchanged her short dagger for a longer sword. ”Do you speak?” she asked the creature as it was coming into close contact now. Without waiting for a reply she stabbed it threw, where the heart would be.
