This was the best year ever- Over 10,400 paid attendees, and over 11000 warm bodies- that is our biggest attendance EVER!!!
We had a great year and we expect next year to be even better.
DJ Helsing was there for 3 incredible panels giving away lots of great prizes and updating us on fixes and new and fantastic things that Gaia is planning for us.
IF you don't already know that Gaia is connected to Facebook, head on over there. They are beta testing a new game called Monster Galaxy with little critters called Mogas all based on Zodiac characters. It's a game where you have to CAPTURE little creatures.... and if you think it very closely resembles another long-standing game out there.... well... we all know what that one is...
Anyway, head on over to Facebook and CAPTURE yourself a few Mogas and play Monster Galaxy. And be sure to post some feedback on the Facebook page about the game, or anything else about Gaia you like, don't like, etc.
Gaia will be going to conventions around the country and they hope to see you there.
And with any luck, we will see DJ at Ohayocon 2012

It was pretty fun. Only thing I did not like was the feedback panel. It was very biased, and limited our feedback to only specific areas. Not only that, only opinions that the group as a whole thought were important were mentioned.
Though, the group I was in consisted of 19 people and no one was participating because there were 4 people ignoring anyone that was not their friends.
Variety Hour was a blast though. I did the robot dance and ate a crap load of Pocky in 60 seconds.
Saturdays panel I won the Gaia avatar cosplay competition ^_^
