Honestly, I want to know. I think there's still a chance despite how Sasuke is at this time. He was still his normal self until he went crazy and corrupt by Madara's hand.. EDIT: Since I have read chapter 540-41, I think there's a very good chance. I know just because Sakura loves Sasuke doesn't mean he's going to love her back but think about it....why has Kishimoto kept her love for Sasuke for so long? Something tells me he's plotting something. I don't know if it will be good or bad for us SasuSaku fans but I'm crossing my fingers.

I just don't know anymore.
The questions are: Does she still want him back in Konoha?
Does he want to go back to Konoha?
Does he even have anymore sanity?
What feelings does Sasuke have for her now?
What feelings does Sakura have for him now?
I'm behind on my Naruto, so if these questions are answered in the anime/manga don't bash me please.

it sure will be an odd twist >.< she seemed to love him very much; but i dont know, she seemed to be very much on the naruto side >.> if by any chance that would happen, my question is exactly how, you know, after that time he almost killed her and it was only by naruto that she was saved . .
then there is the hinata ordeal, if naruto were to stay with sakura (assumption) then she would be alone or with Kiba~ although fangirls are going to be like Whaaaat? and then they would go and bash Sakura, even if she was the heroine of the manga, but if Hinata does stay with Naruto and Sasuke dies like any other villan or is locked up for many years (reference to Aizen from Bleach here >.<) then what would become of Sakura?
Personally I loved the pairing of Sakura and Sasuke in the very beggining and I still do, if I see anything that would put them together in a sort of situation than I giggle and be like Fan-girl-meter on it, but now im like, I don't mind a Naruto-Sakura ending, (put that I dont hate hinata, hope she is happy too in the end) overall, the Naruto Manga-ka was very clever on doing this twist in the love story with Naruto
Bringing me back to a perhaps clue. Im not very good with ssaying what chapter, but you guys recall the chapter in which Naruto sees his mother, right? I was totally crying there and was like, Naruto and his mom are very alike, and she has suppppper long hair~ Anywhoo, where I was getting at, when the mom was giving him advice on what to do and to be a good boy, she commented on the love part of naruto's life, she said something along the lines of, As in your love life, well, make sure she is someone just like me! And to be truthfull, Naruto's mom is nothing along the Hinata we all know. Her mom is energetic and quick tempered and Hinata is shy and reserved. It's most likely that Naruto may have Sakura in the end, but this is just me and foreshadowing with what the manga gives me, we dont know, sometimes manga-ka have the tendecy of just putting things in there and making a big twist in the story that no one sees coming/
Either way, Go SasuSaku, or in the most likely case, NaruSaku

Kishimoto Killed his parents then his dog then his best friend. as my friend Spaz said "GEEZE Kishimoto first you kill his parents, then you kill his dog, THEN YOU KILL HIS BOYFRIEND!"

Sasuke isn't Sasuke right now and he won't be himself until Naruto helps him find a different goal. Kishimoto spent years developing Sasuke's character and Naruto's goal is to save him so he can be Hokage and that won't happen unless Naruto saves Sasuke. We can be sure that Sasuke will survive and be a good guy because all of the younger generation will surpass the previous generations and Sasuke being redeemed is consistent to multiple themes of the story. Sasuke being redeemed will end up in Konoha and probably in jail, but we can be sure that once Sasuke is returned to being a citizen of Konoha, he will be almost exactly the same as he was before he left the village except for one thing. He won't have a need to keep Sakura out anymore. Think about it, they had a lot of screen time together and quite often, he and she were together even during scenes where they were just coming into the main part of the story. And remember that Sasuke currently is not himself, he is an avenger. He's kicked his emotions into a dark hole and detests using them. Psycho Sasuke is pretty much sitting on the Sasuke from team 7. Our beloved Sasuke has given up. But Naruto will save him. 'Believe it!' Lol I hated the Naruto series a lot before I have it a chance. I only gave it a chance because of Sasusaku and now I like it. Can't wait to see Sasuke apologize for trying to kill her, of course she's already forgiven him, though so she'll tell him it's ok because she arleady forgave him and there will be a sincere moment between them, maybe not exactly romantic, but it will be a tender moment. Sasuke being the last Uchiha with the capability to repopulate will live simply because he's too valuable of an asset to Konoha. He and Sakura will end up together and he will finally be happy. =' )
