~~~~~~~Discovery~~~~~~~ Walking past the stranger he wandered the halls looking for his new room, after climbing two flights of stairs he found the correct wing and finally te correct room. Inserting the key into the lock he opened it and quickly stepped inside. Closing the door and making sure it was locked he sighed and turned around. His eyes widened as he saw a blank looking headstone leaned up agianst one of the walls and, with a very unmanly scream of fright, he fell in a dead faint to the floor. Waking later that night he groggily got to his feet, and seeing that the headstone was still there he swallowed hard and slowly approached it. Reaching out his hand he gingerly placed it atop the cracked stone surface and was surprised to find it quiet warm to the touch, not unpleasently so though. Sitting down infront of it his brow furrowed as he pondered what a headstone would be doing in one of the rooms of a resort, and a blank one to boot. Shrugging he ran his fingers along the stone surface, enjoying its warm feeling before getting up and picking up his scarf and jacket. Setting them on the dresser he made a mental note to go out and get a suitcase of his clothes when the snowing finally stopped before walking over to the bed and sitting on it. Watching the tombstone for a few more minutes he flopped backwards onto his back with a sigh. He could ask Cassi why there would be something like this the next time he saw her. Kicking off his boots so that they landed near the base of what he had decided was an odd gift he crawled up on the bed and slide between the blankets with a sigh, his eyes watching the headstone as he slowly drifted off to sleep.
~~~~~~~Luncheon Disscussion~~~~~~~ Esopha Misu walked through the halls of the Resort, trying to find someone who could explain the bizarre happenings of the last few nights. Her pale hair flowed out behind her, sending the light in all directions. She stopped by a large room to catch her breath. She had been walking for a while. She reached into her handbag and extracted a bundle of wet towels. Looking anxiously around, Misu replaced the bundle and sank to the ground. Vlad Kaziglu Waking up Vlad rolled over with a groan, he had never ben one to get up easily, and managed to stumble out of bed without killing himself. Reaching out he patted around on the stand next to the bed untill he found his glasses. Picking htem up he settled them on the bridge of his nose before pullin on hsi shoes and trying ot brush some of the wrinkles out of his shirt and grabbing the key to his room before pening the door and stepping outside. Esopha Misu blinked when she heard someone else enter the hallway, looking up, she recognized him as a man she had met a few days before hand. Maybe he had a similar experience? Maybe. Misu frowned and considered her options. Either she said hello, risked it, and dealt with whatever happened, or she didn't say hello and attempt to disappear into the shadows. Which she couldn't do, being so pale. Oh well. "Hello," Misu said, smiling. "Did you have a good night? I've had a rather rough one, myself." Vlad Kaziglu Vlad jumped and turned to look at the women talking to him. Blinking as he recognized her he smiled slightly and nodded as he closed the door of his room. "It was rather...strange, to say the least. And I'm affraid I can't remember your name." Vlad said with an apologetic smile. Esopha Misu's smile widened. "It's alright, I don't recall yours, either. I suppose it's a side effect of...well, bashing my skull into the side of the bathtub." Misu blushed a little. That was so stupid of her! "I had a rather strange night as well." She frowned, her hand unconsciously approaching her bag. Vlad Kaziglu Vlad nodded his head before taking a few steps foreward. "That will do it, never good to hit your head on stuff." Holding out his hand to her he pushed his glasses up with the other. "My name is Vald, its nice to meet you again." Esopha "Yes, it was rather foolish of me." She took his hand and shook it, and gave him a polite social smile. "It's good to meet you, Vlad. My name is Misu." Vlad Kaziglu "Well what do you say to us going to find something to eat Misu? I know I'm starving." Still smiling, and finding that he couldn't quiet manage to wipe it off his face yet he pushed his hands into his pockets. Esopha "Oh, sure!" His smile was infectious, she found, and she felt a grin creep up her face. Misu blew a little hair out of her eyes and asked, "Vlad, do you know anything about octopi?" Vlad Kaziglu Starting towards the elevator he shook his head. "No not really. Other then the fact they can change colorlive in the ocean and can shoot ink I don't. Why" Looking over his shoulder at her he raised an eyebrow at the strange question. Esopha She followed, eyes averted from his face. "Well, it has to do with the whole bathtub incident." She reached into her bag and pulled out the bundle. Inside were a few strands of seaweed. "Does this look like seaweed to you?" She held it up gingerly. Vlad Kaziglu Stopping in front of the elevator he reached out and picked up the seaweed, even going as far as to sniff it before he nodded. "Well it seems to be seaweed, where did you get this?" Esopha "I got the seaweed in my bathtub." Misu muttered. She could feel blood rushing to her face. How ridiculous she sounded. "It was in my bathtub, rolled up in a ball. The tub was even filled with water." She looked up at him. "My strange night, you see." She said, by way of explanation. Vlad Kaziglu He stopped his finger as it was about to push the call button. "You found it, in a ball, in your tub that was filled with water?" Looking at her for a moment to try and decided if she was puling his leg he decided to show her teh surprise that he had found. "Think you can wait to eat for alittle longer? There is something in my room I would like to show you." Esopha Misu nodded. "I can wait, of course I can wait..." The whole ordeal of last night had caught up with her suddenly, and she felt faint. "What exactly is it?" She stepped aside and waited for him to lead her wherever the room was. Vlad Kaziglu Vlad smiled and offered her his arm, seeing that she looked quiet flushed and ready to faint he didn't want her to fall and hurt herself again. "Its not far, and you can sit down and rest for a minute if you would like." Esopha Misu accepted his arm, but shook her head. "I don't need to rest, thank you. I'd rather see this...thing...that you want to show me." She smiled. "I can walk to a room, I'm sure. Especially if it's a short way." Vlad Kaziglu "Err...yeah...thats what I found out last night." Chuckling weakly he rubbed the back of his head with his free hand. "Go on in, it wont bite you." Esopha She entered the room with a puzzled look on her face. "How long has it been here? Do you think it was part of the decor?" She let her eyes wander across the room, until they finally settled back on the headstone. "There's no name on it." She frowned and reached out to touch the headstone. "Why would there be a headstone with no name?" Vlad Kaziglu "Thats kind of what I was wondering, other then how it got in here to begin with." Stepping inside after her he closed the door and pulled to chiars out from under the small table. Moving over in front of the head stone he set the chairs down and sat in one of them himself. "Its not cold like normal stone would be wither, its warm to the touch if you haven't noticed." Esopha Misu took the other chair and nodded. "Yes, it is warm." Her frown deepened. "If...if an octopus came out of a ball of seaweed, what would come out of a tombstone?" Some sort of ghost? Misu had no idea. Probably, Vlad would know, just because it was his room. Maybe he had dreamt of something like she did...? Vlad Kaziglu "An octopus out of a ball of seaweed? Well thats a new one... And I have no idea what would come out of it, though I did have a strange dream involving a fox." Shurgging he looked at the head stone, actually begining to feel comfertable with it around him. Esopha "Then maybe it will be a fox!" Misu exclaimed, grinning. "After all, it would make sense for it to be a fox. Wouldn't it?" She wanted it to make sense. It would certainly be nice if it made sense. "Anyway, do you still want to have lunch?" Vlad Kaziglu "I suppose, as long as the dream is related to the head stone atleast." Getting to his feet he offered Misu his hand. "Yes. lunch sounds great." Esopha Then it did make sense! Misu accepted his hand, her stomach rumbling slightly. "I guess my body wants lunch more than my head does. Let's go!" She let him lead her out of the room, her troubles rather put to rest. Vlad Kaziglu Chuckling he closed his door and made sure it was locked before leading her over to the elevator and into it when it came at his call. "Maybe we'll find something for your strange guest to eat." Smiling as the elevator closed they went to lunch.

cassiopeia_starkitten Whilst Vlad was sleeping something mystical and a bit mischevious looking appeared from that blank headstone of his. She can communicate with barks, growls, and yips, as any fox would. Nice charm she's got there too. X3 Congratulations!

~~~~~~~Chance Encounter~~~~~~~ Allure A rather embarassed and confused look found it's way upon Allure's face, as she slowly - ever so carefully - entered the main hallway of the resort. The one that lead it's way to the main room, where she had recalled most people gathering. Allure had not been out of her suite in quite some time, she actually didn't know how to respond to the appearance of her myth. It was so shocking, she would sit there for hours and just stare at the creature. Finally, the name had come to her - "Ambrosia" for the small Unicorn. She seemed to like that; or at least Allure assumed that for her. She stepped lightly upon the flooring, being careful not to make a single sound. "I wonder how people are going to react to you, Ambrosia?" She whispered gently, bringing a straightened hand upwards by her cheek, as if to mask her words. Ambrosia nodded her head sleepily, she hadn't gotten much rest during the past few nights becaues Allure would constantly awaken during her sleep; and poke the unicorn to see if she was still there. Her head lowered slightly, so that faintly pink tresses would cascade downwards along her maw, and barely touch the ground. Her horn illuminated upon the flooring, like a tiny flashlight which would drag from her forehad.Sweat began to accumulate along Allure's brow, nervousness was beginning to set in. What if a random patron of the resort saw Ambrosia, and went absolutely mad from encountering a unicorn?! Something that was just a mere myth!? Worry set upon her face, as she glanced quickly from left to right. It was obvious that Allure had forgotten one of the clearly stated rules; No one can see the myths, that doesn't already own a myth. She would find out soon enough! Vlad Kaziglu Vlad was sitting in the main room of the resort, qiuetly humming to himself while he stroked Chan's fur, the small fox curled up and apparently asleep in his lap. Staring into the fire he was busy sorting the last few days out for himself, still partially shocked from what he had gone through and seen. Chan was sleeping allright, her tail swishing back and forth as she dreamed about all the food that she had seen in the kitchen. Turning slightly in her sleep her ears flicked towards the diffren't sounds that would come form the buildings plumbing expanding and contracting from time to time. Allure The girl continued to walk ackwardly through the hallway, making sure to step right on the tips of her toes; which was somewhat hard considering she was wearing soft little slippers. A few cracks here and there expressed the agony that her toes were enduring, and she stared down frustratedly towards them as if to scold her feet. Now somewhat distracted from her own bodily agony, she did not realize that there actually WAS a patron in the main room. She still went on her way, staring downwards - and finally when she lifted her head, she SHRIEKED loudly. "AHH!" She emitted that high-pitched, shrill shivering sound. Stumbling backwards, she twisted her ankles and fell backwards - nearly missing Ambrosia on the way downwards. Her attempts to be quiet and cautious were all in vain - Allure was much too paranoid to ever come off as cool and collected. A small question mark seemed to form along the side of Ambrosia's head as Allure reacted in such an odd manner. She wasn't at all taken back by this behaviour though, she was rather smooth about the entire process. Leaning forward, she nuzzled her maw against Allure's cheek, as if to comfort her in a way. Her smooth mane felt like ribbons of silk upon the girl's flesh, and she seemed to be alright - for the moment. Ambrosia lowered her head again, pressing her nose into the upper portion of Allure's back, encouraging her to stand."T-thanks Ambrosia.." Allure stuttered slowly, raising a hand with a blushing smile, as she pushed herself up from the ground. Dusting her straightened palms against her pant legs, the realization that someone else was there set in. But they weren't alone ... A multi-tailed fox with a mask upon it's head sat along with him. What in the world..? Vlad Kaziglu Vlad jumped to his feet and whirled arond at the sound of a woman's voice shrieking. Wincing as he realized that he had jus dumped Chan onto the ground and that she would more then likely be cranky at being woken in such a manner. Seeing a unicorn he blinked, took hsi glasses off, cleaned then and then put them back on to make sure he wasn't imagining things. Seeing what could only be its owner he smiled and held a hand out to the woman. "Hello there. No need to be frightened, I don't bite." Chan meanwhile had managed to land on her feet and her tail were flicking in anger. She had been enjoying her nap and now this stranger had come along and ruined it, why was it that Vlad always was meeting people? Its not like he was that great at making small talk. Growling softly she brushed herself against Vlad's leg as she moved foreward to look at the woman. Allure Allure stared at the man in complete surprise. She knew he saw her - she saw him even rub his glasses in somewhat of disbelief - right?! Either way, she nodded slowly, and lifted her shivering hand to meet his. When their fingers locked, she began to shake her arm slowly. "Oh! Hello! N-nice to meet you..!" She said nervously, continuing to nod, wishing that the redness in her cheeks would go away. The warmth ran up her face, and down her spine. "I didn't mean to disturb you.. Erm.. I'm Allure!" She was always horrible at introductions. Ambrosia's horn began to glow faintly when she spotted the fox. There was something unique about this creature, Ambrosia already knew. Perhaps all of the myths had some sort of a connection, a bonding within this place. A smile grew upon the unicorn's muzzle, curling along her pure white hair. The horn illuminated brighter as she took gentle steps forward, nodding in the direction of the fox-like creature. She nodded in greeting.Vlad Kaziglu Still smiling he shook Allure's hand as he glanced at Chand and the unicorn. "My name is Vlad, and you didn't disturb me. Infact you can join me if you want to." Seeing the redness in her cheeks he chuckled softly. "Thats a very nice Unicorn you have there, whats its name?" Chan moved foreward towards the unicorn, ignoring Allure completly as she lifted her head up as far as she could and sniffed a few times to try and capture its scent. Allure Allure forced a nervous little smile, as she squeezed his hand softly between her fingers. He seemed rather calm in the entire situation, perhaps it was that way because she was still so shaken. She still just couldn't believe he reacted in such a collected manner! "You're sure? .. I think it would be nice to join you! Oh? Thank you.. That is Ambrosia." A genuine smile soon melted away the other, as her cheeks began to return to their normal color. Sweat eventually stopped sneaking it's way along the sides of her brow, and she quickly brought a free hand to wipe anything else away. "And you have a very lovely .. fox, is it?" She glanced downwards at the little one. Ambrosia's eyes widened as Chan approached her .. She emitted a soft whinney sound and inched closer as well. Her horn sparked off different hues and colors, reacting even more with the magic that was within the other myth. Her tail lifted and fell quickly, shaking those soft tresses at the very tip.Vlad Kaziglu Leading her around the couch he waited for her to sit down before doing so himself. "Yes thats Chan Juan, or just Chan, and I do suppose she is a fox...even if its not one I've ever seen before." Pushing his glasses up his nose from where they had slide down to he tried to flatten his hair down, wishing that it would behave itself for once. Chn watched the lights on the floor for a moment as se hunched down. Waiting a few more secounds she suddenly jumped up into the air and landed again with one of the spots of light under her paws. Looking sloe at them she slowly moved them to peak underneath and found that it was dark. Blinking she looked at what appeared to be the same spot only inches away from were she had landed. Allure Allure's eyes widened with amusement as she watched Chan play along with the lights that Ambrosia was emitting. Her hands immediately went up to her face to muffle her fits of laughter. It was just so adorable to see the little fox chase after each tiny beam, she couldn't contain herself! As she sat down upon the couch she curled her legs up, folding them into a 'pretzel style', and she leaned to straighten her back up against the couch. "Chan is simply charming!" She squeaked, her eyes fixated upon her. It was obvious that the unicorn was amuzed as well. She stomped her cloven hooves anxiously against the ground, creating clicking sounds as she became more excited by Chan's movements. In all actuality, the sun that was streaming in through the semi-covered windows was reflecting off of Ambrosia's horn. It had the ability to give off all colors of the spectrum, almost having the same effect that a disco ball would have. Either way, she enjoyed playing with the other."So .." Allure whispered, as her laughter began to stop, and the gears in her mind began to churn. "Chan ... She must be a myth, right?" A finger pressed lightly into her cheek, creating an indention that resembled something more like a dimple. Twisting her fingertip around, she continued to stare at the fluffy little creature. Vlad Kaziglu Grinning as he watched Can he nodded in agrement of Allure's statement, well it was more of a question really. "Yes thats right, didn't Cassi explaine things to you?" he asked as he took his eyes off of Chan and looked at Allure. Chan continued to pounce on the diffren't light spots, eventually tiring herself out and laying down admist them. Looking up at Ambrosia she yawned softly, her sharp teeth exposed for a moment before her mouth snapped closed and she was looking at her fellow myth's horn. Allure "Yes!" She answered immediately, suddenly going back to the days when her boss would ask something of her at work - and she wasn't quite paying attention. She knew that Cassi told her things, informed her of rules and regulations, certian things that would be occuring - but that didn't exactly mean that she remembered of course! But, she didn't want to seem like another clueless patron, so she merely nodded. "Ahem. Yes, Cassi told me everything. I was just uhm ... double checking, you know? Yes." She clasped her hands together in her lap, locking her fingers one after another in the same nervous manner. Ambrosia could feel the nervous tension locking up every muscle within Allure. She wasn't quite sure why she was so tense and uptight lately, that wasn't the same person she visited the first day. She figured that perhaps when they went back to the room, she could try and solve what was wrong. She clicked her hooves lightly again in Chan's direction, flicking her tail eagerly. She still wanted to play!Vlad Kaziglu Laughing he shook his head as he looked at Allure, why didn't she just admit that she didn't know or remember? Oh well, he would play along with her. "Then I suppose you remember how she told you that only people with Myths can see Myths. And that only a select few people actually get them." Chan rolled over onto her back, her tail swishing back and forth on the floor as she looked up at Ambrosia. She was tired and wasn't sure if she could continue to play, but it wouldn't hurt to try would it? Rolling back onto her feet she leaped up at Ambrosia's head, reaching out with her paws and making sure that her claws were still sheathed.
~~~~~~~Time to get up~~~~~~~ Vlad yawned softly as he rolled over in the bed, managing to dump Chan off of his chest as he did so, and opened his eyes slowly. Grumbling to himself he snuggled deeper into the blankets as Chan stood up. Walking lightly up to Vlad's face Chan turned around once before settling herself so that her nose was almost touching Vlad's as she watched him. After a few minutes of this Vlad sighed as he finally admited to himself what he was going to have to do. "Allright already. I'll get up." Chan seemed to smile as she stood up and jumped down off the bed, her tails flicking back and forth slightly as she paced around the room. Vlad meanwhile was climbing out of bed and pulling on a clean pair of clothes before picking up his glasses and putting them on. "Allright Chan, what are we going to do?" he asked as he sat down on the bed and pulled his shoes on. As soon as he had finished Chand leaped up into his lap and pressed her head against his chest, demanding to be petted. Rolling his eyes he scratched under Chan's chin as he let his mind wander. He hadn't seen anyone around the resort lately, not that he had seen alot of people around to begin with, but was starting to make him wonder if everyone had checked out and he was the only guest left. "Perhapes we should go to, unless you want to stay here and try to play with whoever we can manage to find." Looking down at the fox in his lap he smiled slightly as Chan curled up in his lap, apparently the only reason she had gotten him up was so that he would pet her. "I should probaly feed you, shouldn't I?" he asked as he stopped petting Chan and instead lifted her up. Putting her on his shoulders he stood up and walked to the door in the gloom of the room, not having remember to turn on a light when he woke up. "So what do you want?" he asked as he opened the door and stepped into the hall, his voice fading out as he closed it and the key clicked into the lock.

~~~~~~~Coming back~~~~~~~ Vlad groaned as he walkd up the hill slowly, his booted feet coming down heavily each time as he shrugged his shoulders in an attempt to redistribute the wieght there that was Chan. "Your going to get to big to sit up there if you keep eating like you have been." he said as he half turned his head, managing to look at both Chan and where he was going at the same time. "And if you do that you'll have to gert your paws all dirty, do you want that?" Chan yawned as she kept herself balanced on Vlad's shoulders, he obviously didn't understand how little she actually wieghed even though she ate almost as much as he did. Ignoring his taunts she watched the building that they where closing in on, after all it was the closest thing to a birth place she really had. It was where she had meet Vlad and had changed the mans life for, as she felt, the better. Minutes later Vlad gave a sigh of relief as he stopped in fron of the steps that lead up to the front door. Reaching up he lightly scratched under Chan's chin as he smiled slightly at the door. "Well Chan we're here. Lets go inside and see if we can find anyone to talk to." Still smiling Vlad mounted the steps before opening the door and slipping inside.
