Ever since I moved here, I have not been eating healthily at all.
My new plan for 2011 is to take a mile long walk every day at 5 PM.
I will drink water, iced tea, and maybe diet lemonade, but no soda or juice or anything like that.
I will eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And I will have maybe one or two SNACKS after school. I will try to eat balanced-ey.
I will NOT skip any meals.
So, I know that doesn't involve calorie counts or weighing my food or anything, and I think that's good, because I would go crazy if I tried to do that, you know?
I'll just post every day and tell if I accomplished those goals, maybe ask some questions and get advice.
