How do I get Feebas to evolve into Milotic in HG/SS?

Wow. It took me ages to hunt for your answer. I didn't know myself--that's obscure!!!
Take your Feebas to the Haircut Brothers on a daily basis. With Milotic alone, it not only raises your Feebas's happiness, it raises its Beauty stat. At max settings, it will evolve. The max settings are only viewable in D/P/Pt though. Point is, however, that you will have your Milotic after a few days.
