The land had been bought and the shrine toppled and therefore he lost purpose in the world. For a while he continued to live on that land…that is until the people who bought the land found out and well… At the age of thirteen he was sold into slavery. His mother and father were never found, and Loki simply figured they had either left the land, or died along with the shrine and it’s god. Loki however has remained both un-submissive and stubborn, not very good qualities to have as a slave.
