Diedre was beside herself. Ter had gone off and vanished, and Rime wasn't asleep right now... so it was up to her to watch all of the little draclings that had suddenly appeared. Well... not watch, persay, but listen for.
Spire was no problem. The little motormouth seemed to crash everywhere she went, and even if she did suddenly go silent and still, it never seemed to last for more than a few moments.
Berach, on the other hand, was dour and quiet, but his own poor eyesight tended to make him stay close at hand. He was very fast, and when Spire could persuade him, they would race.
Oseari often took to the sky without warning, but Dee's excellent hearing could hear the little western's wingbeats for a long distance. She seemed to love the company of other's as well, though she seemed to prefer Ter's company, giving him the nickname of 'The Furnace,' and using him to warm up by. The big orange lout didn't seem to mind.
Just now, she came spiraling down, and landed in front of the little group, causing Spire to break off mid-sentence in surprise.
"I saw some dragons over there! Can we please go play?" Oseari asked, and Spire joined in, her begging a little less polite and more urgent.
Dee, for her part, had no objections whatsoever. She also craved company, and had never completely grown out of that. So they headed over to the trio that Oseari had spotted.

Sadly, it wasn't the playful Spire that Transvaal ran into, but the pointy and dour Berach. He couldn't see well enough in the sunlight to get out of the way, and was knocked tail over teakettle by the collision.
"Ow..." he muttered, laying where he landed, shaking his head slightly, before pulling himself back up and squinting in the direction of whoever it was who had hit him. Unfortunately, this had the effect of making it look like he was glaring.
Spire "ooh'd" in appreciation and sympathy, before bounding over to the new comer.
"Are you two okay?" she asked, looking between Berach and Transvaal.
Oseari, who hadn't taken off again, yet, watched from a distance, suddenly shy.
