TrainingzOMG's Training sequence has been changed a couple of times already.
I'll try to always have to most up to date version here.
Opening zOMG for the first time will plop you down in a random server on this first screen.
(The next time you load zOMG you will be able to choose your server manually.)
Open the Chest
"Click the chest to open it."
You found a new Guns, Guns, Guns ring!

Move to the Left
"Click the left room edge to move.
Attack the Monsters
"Double-click the monsters to attack."
(Can also select with ` key and attack with 1-8. The numbers correspond to the ring slots.)

Very easy.
