Appearance: Felix Harper is a man of average appearance, intentionally making himself a person who can be hard to remember. His hair is a matted, dirty blond, reaching below his collar, and is somewhat unkempt due to spending more of his time outdoors than in a decent town. His many years in the sun has given him a light tan and his adventures outside and in have molded his body into a hard, muscular frame. His eyes are a blazing emerald, stern with the look of a man who is not afraid to kill to get what he wants. Even still, his eyes mirror compassion and understanding to those who look for it within him.
Attire: In hot weather or cold, Felix can be seen wandering the streets in a black leather trench coat that stretches just below his knees. His jeans are black and tightly fit to keep from snagging. At the same time he wears a loosely fit, long-sleeved shirt that covers his hands up to his knuckles. His boots are brown leather, rugged and worn from years of wear although the spurs on the heels shine silver as if they had been bought that same day.
Abilities: None, besides unusually good aim with a gun and some skill with a blade.

Demeanor While most see him as a cold, unnerving killer, those who look for it will find that he can be a compassionate and sincere gentleman. He usually tries to keep a clear head and a calm state of mind, although if the pressure is too much he tends to avoid the situation altogether or resort to drastic measures. Charming and sarcastic at the same time, he can attract women and insult the other gents all in one sentence. Subconsciously, many things about him tend to contradict itself from his general appearance to his very personality; while he doesn't notice this, some people take note of this unusual behavior.

History: Felix Harper, III was originally born in America on a small ranch in Virginia to the parents of a plantation owner and his second wife. They already had a daughter by the name of Hannalore, whom was the child of his first wife. However, when his first wife died shortly after Hannalore's birth, he remarried.

Unlike most families, Felix's father was never desperate to have a son. He found Felix to be somewhat unnecessary on the farm, as he was a rather sickly child in his early years. His father sent him to a boarding school out of state when Felix was eight years old with the intention of getting him out of the way. Shortly after he moved into the boarding school, however, Felix ran away and escaped, stowing away on a ship heading out of country.

The ship arrived in France about a month later. He left the ship and wandered through the streets of France for nearly two years until finally being found by an older man who took him in. Now ten years old, Felix finally found a place of belonging living with the newfound stranger. Over the next eight years, he would nearly forget his life in America and would live in France.

At the age of eighteen, Felix enlisted in the French Army where he met a certain man during his travels. While this man was not in the Army, the two quickly became close friends. The man returned to his home in America where they stayed in contact for the next thirteen years, visiting each other at least four times a year. However, in the thirteenth year, Felix suddenly lost contact with his friend. Now a Captain in the French Army, Felix resigned and returned to America in search of his companion. Shortly after, he discovered the man's murder and the daughter whom had disappeared afterwards.

For the next six years, Felix went off in search of his friend's daughter. As of recently, he has learned that she might be in El Toro under the services of the notorious gang, the Fire Birds.
