An Armory is a military depot used for the storage of weapons and ammunition and are quite common on UNSC ships and bases. The UNSC DD-1016 Catharsis and Creativity is known to have two shipboard armories, containing weapons for short to mid-range combat, as well as several issuable Heavy Ordinance and High Explosives racks. The true extent of the ship's firepower are kept locked inside the forward cargo-hold for use in the training of the SPARTAN-IIIs.
