SO my schedule:
1st/half of 2nd: IB History
Half of 2nd/3rd: IB English/Writing
4th: IB Spanish V
5th: IB Theory of Knowledge
6th: IB Math Studies (again. Got a 4 on the exam, which is no excellent but is considered acceptable, and had A's all year. But I asked the teacher what I should take. He said Pre-cal was a step behind, and I couldn't take his AP Stat class because it's at the same time as IB Higher Level Biology. And I know AP Calculus would murder me. And I don't want to take a year off of math because I would completely forget everything.)
7th: IB Biology
8th: IB Psychology
Such a fun time. The first day back we had a test in both History and English. We've been in three days, this is my first weekend since school started and I have to: Write a two page essay for History on who I believe started WWI, using evidence from the book and articles; Define vocab words for English; Take notes for Biology; Read, take notes, and study for a psychology test on Monday; Read as much of the novel Native Son as I can; try and find a page that my English teacher gave me to analyze and do that. What a fun weekend.
On top of all this, I'm freaking out about ways to pay for college, where the hell I'm going to go, will be NHS president this year, have to find as many volunteer opportunities as possible, have been told I will be valedictorian (my friend, who was 1st in class every year accept last year because he had a regular ed. class that brought his GPA down, told me that my points are going to remain ahead of his because he is taking an AP Calculus class, while I am taking all IB classes, which have a heavier point system.) When I get in front of our classroom, about 20 students, and talk, I shake and occasionally cry. We have a class of 167 at the moment. Then plus their family, friends, etc. OH GOD I'm gonna pass out D;
