Whew. Good question. There are so many of them. Hmmm... I don't really think of couples outside of those that are canon. Ah! My fav couple is Ageha and Arisaka from V.B.Rose.

I have so many....almost too many to count. But the ones that have been holding my attention would have to be:
Kurama/Botan - Yu Yu Hakusho (don't hate)
Inuyasha/Kagome - Inuyasha
Zuko/Katara - Avatar: The Last Airbender (was mostly made in Korea so it kinda counts)
and....
I can't think of anymore right now....

Mine would be Soubi x Ritsuka from: Loveless! whee and, Shizumasa Togu x Haine Otomiya from : The Gentlemen's Alliance!, Kyo x Tohru from: Fruits Basket!, and Amu x Ikuto=(Amuto) from:Shugo Chara heart
Thats about the main ones, but I love alot of other cute, loving couples from other manga/anime as well, but to many to list 3nodding

Wow.. there are so many.. I would have to say my favorites are: ~Clare and Raki from Claymore (Not really a "relationship" but they both got stronger for each other) ~Mitsuki and Takuto from Full Moon (Their playful attitude is cute and they have many things in common too)~Akari and Akatsuki from Aqua/Aria (They are so adorable and it's funny when Akatsuki calls her sideburns)~Tohru and Kyo from Fruits Basket (It's somewhat amazing how they went from being friends/ school buds to something more.. and they both understand each other)Last but not least.. ~Toushiro and Momo from Bleach (Toushiro is my favorite character and, although I'm slightly inhumanly jealous of Momo, I'll admit they do make a good couple)
