Marcel receives his pokeballs and walks over to the PC. He turns it on and presses a few buttons, sighing that he still has a Rocket logo in the corner. He hasn't checked his PC for three years. Marcel sends his pokeballs into computer and looks around the massive list of pokemon. However, he tilts his head, finding a Ghastly at the head of his list. "What the..?" It has an attached letter. Marcel opens the letter.
"My dearest Marcel,
It has been three years since you have last contacted me. We could not find you after the incident at the Indigo League, but we have discovered who it is that killed your precious Froslass. We send you this Ghastly in hopes that it will revitalize your passion. And I hope that you will contact me once again when you see that there is far more power you can achieve by rejoining me along my side.

Giovanni.
P.S.: I have attached a few precious jewels that may come in handy for you."
