Raised by a rich, selfish family, Isao only learned how to be hateful and selfish towards those who are under him. But he is not like that. No, he is actually quite the opposite. He is kind, reasonable and never thinks negative things of anyone.

He stand at 6'2" and is usually wearing long dark pants with black dress shoes and a long white vest with the arms cut off and is always buttoned up.
He has a small silver ring on his index finger of his left hand. Given to him by his grandmother before she passed away. He never takes it off.
