Big Bang Boom:
Created when Rashir was very young, which explains why it is so childish, where he concentrates energy into his index finger and creates an explosion about 100 feet in diameter wherever he points. With all of the training he has had with this technique, it takes very little energy to pull off
Big Tree cannon:
Concentrated energy at the palm of his hands, then pushed together and forward sending a ki wave with a diameter of 3 feet towards the enemy. Once released, a ring forms around the beam.
Multi-form:
Although it cuts his power level, it can up Rashir's chances of winning by 5% for each form. Rashir can split himself into at most 4 forms
Body ability:
Being born on a planet larger than most, Rashir can move faster than others on planets such as Namek and Earth. He also has more endurance and strength than most people as well. Being of the Saiyan race whenever Rashir is faced with a near death expierience, when he is healed his power level would be raised exponentially.

Rashir is descendant of a group of Saiyans who escaped planet Vegeta days before it was destroyed by Frieza. He was born on a planet about 3 times the size of Earth-which will make him faster, stronger, and more durable in battle. This planet also has no moon and two suns, making it light all year-round. He started training at the age of 5 with his father, and was taught him many martial arts techniques. At the age of 6 he was taught about flight and ki, being able to shoot the basic blast very easily. At the age of 7 he created his own technique, Big Bang Boom. His father became very sick from the atmosphere when Rashir turned 13, that is when he was taught about his ancestry and why he has his tail. Rashir's father gave him his old scouter and Saiyan armor. Rashir has trained every day until age 15, which is when his father died from sickness and his mother from a broken heart months later. He promised himself he'll find a better planet to live on. One day he found his parents' old ship and set on a journey to find a planet to live on, finding Earth a few months later. To this day he has worked on testing the atmosphere, which seems like it should be fine, as well as testing himself.
